I know the games not out yet, and i know system reqs havent even been released (so dont flame me) but im still wondering what you guys think it will take to run the game? weve seen the trailers, seen the gameplay, heard about it from the devs, so what do you guys think? I have a single core, P4 3.0ghz processor, 8800GT 512mb, 3.5GB RAM, how do you think my PC stacks up? |

Behold! Rash of the Itch King comes in November! Quake in fear! |
That'll probably run it on high with decent framerates. I think some speculated that you can even run it with like a 7600 or lower and still get decent FPS. It's meant to be like WoW in the fact that many many computers will be able to run it, respectably, because slideshow PvP is no PvP at all! |

agreed, i just hope your right tho, i tried age of conan with the same specs and it did feel like a slideshow sometimes. I even got a few purple screen crashes, but i soon found out that it was because of my outdated drivers. Thanks for the help man, last time i asked for predicted system requirements i got flamed by someone. |

I'm sure those specs will be fine for WAR. I am a bit curious myself with the requirments. I presume it will be easier to run than the system hog such as AoC and VSoH. Because it is such a PvP/RvR base game it will have to have less reqs because it would get rediculous real fast if it was as jolty as AoC or VSoH on the average PC. |

I don't think they should be insane, for like crysis or something. It might be like WoW, or maybe like LotRO system requirements... Saw a couple of video's of gameplay (everyone else probably did too haha), nothing too special. |

You have at least 1gig of RAM? , the rest you should be ok with. May have some framerate issues when there is a lot of PvP action on screen, with the old CPU. Also depends on how well the game has been optimized.

should be fine, but i would look into a new motherboard processor ram kinda thing , since you still have a p4 im not exactly sure if its DDR 2 ram or not, but yeah you should be generaly fine. |

Those who do not remember the past are condemned to repeat it. |

i run a Q6600 ( OCed to 3.0 stable ) +4 giggs ram + 2, 8800 GTX ( SLI doesnt work yet so only 1 for WAR ) and i have no lag problems 99 % of the time . VERY large scale battles i and every one else lags due to mass AE's going off but that should be fixed before release .
WAR will not need a super computer to run well but the typical WoW rig will most likely need an upgrade . |
