If you wanted the free days you'd have to start a new one, the 30 days free (and the 14 free days with the trial) are for new accounts. But you could but the Epic Edition for $20, install it, put in your info and reactivate your old account. |

After the 14 days are up you don't pay for the software, you just pay your first month subscription fee and go from there. You can pick up the Epic Edition in most stores these days for $20 which is the same price as JUST downloading DR. If you start with the trial then add the Epic Edition to it then you get everything released for the game to date and 44 days free for $20. |

Actually you can get the original game and the first 2 expansions for free with the Trial (14 days). The last 2 trials can be purchased online and downloaded. As new expansions are released (each fall) we tend to make the oldest expansion free. When Catacombs was released SI was made free, when Darkness Rising was released we added Trials of Atlantis to the trial for free, etc. |

Exactly how am I being insulting? I have only said the truth... I have repeatedly offered to look into your problem for you, yet you keep ignoring those offers only to yell and scream about how horrible Mythic's CS is and how nothing ever gets answered... Which leads me to believe, as I stated above, that you do not WANT to be helped, you do not want to have your problem resolved, you only want to troll and complain. Probably a good thing I don't work in your country then since apparently people get fired for just trying to do their jobs... |

The only person who I see here who seems to have a problem is you... YOU have someone works for Mythic RIGHT HERE answering your posts, trying to help you, and all you do is fuss and whine and insult people. I'm using my eyes, and all I'm seeing is someone who would rather troll and complain than actually have their problem resolved... |

Well obviously you should feel like we have some personal grudge against you and are singling you out solely for bad service... Or maybe that the email got lost enroute or something, not like its all that far fetched. Of the 2 options above, one is definitely far fetched, the other, not so much so. However if you would like resolution on your issue rather than just complaining if you want to email me at rduffek AT mythicentertainment DOT com I'd be more than happy to look into your account history and see what happened to the Support Ticket. |

The ONLY thing I can think of that you could possibly be referring to would be the ingame bug reporting system, which no, you don't get a response to other than the "Thank you for reporting..." auto-email. But that also has nothing to do with CS, those go directly to PQ (Product Quality team, known as QA in most places). All reported bugs go into a Tracker. They take the bug reports from the tracker in order based on severity, try to reproduce and verify the bug, and if it is indeed a bug fix it. Given the large number of bugs reported they aren't replied to because the time taken to reply to each report (there are currently 1000+ reports in the tracker) is MUCH MUCH better spent fixing said bugs in my (and about anyone else I've talked to) opinion. |

Yup, as long as you're not using the Cata client for anything (which wouldn't make much sense anyway, Cata and DR use the same engine). |

I think several people here, myself included have answered the question with a resounding no... As pointed out it varies from class to class as to how easy soloing is at 50, but no, soloing does not end at 50. |

Yeah, as long as you don't want to use them then can definitely delete them. Some people use an older client when RvRing for example, like the ToA client to cut down on lag. |

Trust me, I know, I have a warden as well, its insane, I play it while I'm at work, start a fight then switch back to another window to do work, switch back every couple of minutes to start another fight. No styles nothing, just let it whack away till the mob is dead. After the 1.82 changes go in its going to be even more insane. :P Healing procs and shield spec etc. Unstoppable solo PvE killing machine inc! ;) |

Yeah, I wouldn't go so far as to call it a plan really. They're sitting on the lisence and have mentioned doing something with it, just often enough so that people don't give up hope completely I guess. |

Oh, don't get me wrong, there are definitely BETTER solo classes out there, I'm just saying a Nature Druid can do just fine if played right. They're not going to kill nearly as fast but they're a lot less likely to die. Kinda like a Warden soloing in PvE, kill very slow but almost impossible to die unless the person playing it is just an idiot. |
