I agree. I can't see any real reliable way to stop it without having part of the game downloaded with each run. "Phone Home" type of anti-piracy is easily circumvented as it is (See Adobe Products). But if part of the game just simply didn't exist on the distro, it would make it a bit harder. To complicate it more, download binary opco into a memory segment and jump into it so it never actually exists on the hard drive but performs an integral component of the game. |

I'll be honest here, I got about 1/2 way through that article and had to stop. What a crock. Just what we need, scientist injecting chemicals into the womb to alter the genetics of a healthy baby. This disgusts me. |

I definitely saw this commercial on television. Not sure if it was on the superbowl or not. Good commercial though. |

Have you considered how they know when you get a new mower? I mean, if they've hit you up 4 times already, they must know when you've gotten yourself a new one. Perhaps they live nearby or even work at the place you're buying your mower from? |

Try the 97.92 drivers here. Make sure you use the modded INF since it shows it to support your card: NVIDIA_G72.DEV_01D7.1 = "NVIDIA GeForce Go 7300" |

The only problem I see with this argument is that selling stolen goods is a crime even if you didn't steal it. So they host stolen footage that is copyrighted by various companies to entice people to come to their site and build up traffic. They then take the traffic numbers, solicit those to other companies and sell advertising space based on traffic drummed up by hosting stolen merchandise. So they are still profiting by hosting these clips. |

Well, Viacom does have a point. Google/YouTube makes money off of advertising and by having copyrighted material on their sites, they (Google/YouTube) are technically profiting off of Viacom's work. It will be interesting to see how this plays out in court though. |

I haven't seen that advertisment come across on the site yet, however, maybe it's linked to your account here and they use that address? EDIT: I saw this link, however, for one it's not free and two, it asks for your address. So I'm assuming this is not the link you are talking about. |

While I saw the 300 and thought (and still think) it's a great movie, I do appreciate your post recounting the actual historical facts that were not in the 300. I'm sure I learned about all that back in school, but I've forgotten most of it. :) |
