Do you think McCain's driving motivation is not votes?  The man is running a campaign for the president of the United States.  He eats, sleeps and wipes his ass thinking of how he can obtain more votes.  Pffft ...... just another move on the chess board.   It'll be interesting to how it all pans out.

I think he should stick with the scheduled debate.

and i think he should he JOB , you know the one he HAS , not the one he wants. He is a senator they have a need , running for president isnt his job , its what he does on the side. Like Obama . So if Obama refuses to do his current JOB what is that telling me he will do on his next job?

Image this interview ...

Interviewer : what did you do on your last job?

Guy : I put out fires.

Interviewer: hmm says here on your resume'  that  you were a teacher.

Guy: Yeah i didnt really have time to do my job , i just wanted to put out fires hoping they would make me a fireman one day.

Interviewer: so what about your classroom? who watched that?

Guy: Oh some other teachers, I  mean i wasnt really needed since the school had like 99 other teachers there whats the need of the extra 1?

yeah ... thats going to  go over well with people once this actually sets in what just happened.

Wow .......a teacher/fireman analogy ...... how creative.

McCain being in Washington ....... playing the part of senator .......has nothing to do with him being a senator at this point in time.  Nothing.  If it was in good faith I might feel something other than pity for the man.  For him to come on TV and attempt to "blow smoke up my ass" is insulting.

Anyone that feels it was in good faith also receives my pity.  If he can't cast a vote and run a campaign at the same time I really don't know what to say.  Ohhh ......that's right his economic expertise is much needed in Washington isn't it.  Pffffft ........ Palins economic expertise would be of greater benefit to the bill.

Sadly, the more I see and hear of Sarah Palin the more she reminds me of one of those women that got where she is today from putting those lipstick lips to use.......and I'm not talking about speaking with them.

The woman is an airhead that can memorize a McCain speech writers speech.

Haven't played a game for months but came across this and found it to be a pretty damn good idea.  Sorry if this has already been posted.

As I have watched several public speeches by our presidential candidates I have noticed something curious.  The people at the speeches, supporting their candidate, are very different in appearance.  Mr. Obama seems to attract a very diverse group of people .... White, Black, Hispanic, Asian ... etc.  Mr McCain  however seems to attract a predominately White audience.  Has anyone else noticed this?

I have tried to take into consideration the location of their speeches, meaning, perhaps that area of the USA,  "IS" predominately white or maybe more of a melting pot area.  That doesn't seem to be a factor from what I could see.  The Democratic National Convention was a true melting pot. Will the Republican National Convention be the same?  Is race a bigger issue in this election than I thought? or are my observations just  indicative of one of the  differences between Republicans and Democrats?

What do you think?

On a side note ....... in the picture you posted above the Cobra Commander is sporting a honey at his side.  Is that the future first lady, his VP pick or other?

You could very well be right (no pun intended) ........ give me another week or so to see how they handle the RNC as I feel  I'll be a little better informed.

The interesting thing that I have found ......(I never watch TV but I recently got cable to make my kiddo happy) ..... is that FOX is so far to the right they should not be able to call themselves reporters without some sort of hyphenated addendum added to the title.

I'm not sure when my photo was take but it was certainly before the convention as it has been inside of my photo folder for a minute.   The more curious  question I ask myself is why in the world  did I save this photo.

Perhaps It's a question you should ask yourself............

Quick question ........ I noticed the ranged nuker for "Destruction" is the Sorceress.  Does this mean if I want to play a pure offensive caster I am forced to play a female toon or is there a Sorcerer (or a male toon version) as well?

I tend to agree that the best thing Obama could do for his camp would be to pick up Hillary.  I don't think he has dissed her.  Heck, I hear the Clintons are to be a major part of the democratic convention.

The only problem with Hillary is the politics as usual that she represents.  Obama is rewriting the way Washington works ......... remember?  He isn't gonna have time to teach an old dog new tricks once he reveals his big elaborate plan to change the way the US government is gonna work.

He does have a plan doesn't he ...... surely he's told someone about it.

OH NOES!!!!

*Runs around room flailing arms overhead.

The problem with the polls is our fickle population.   At this point in time it means nothing.  Obama gets a few good commercials and it shifts.  McCain gets a few good commercials and it shifts again.  The thing is ....... the media lives for this stuff and shoves it down our throats like it matters.

5 points .......... pffft.  Someone will catch a video of Obama feeding the squirrels at a park and he'll get his 5 points back.  McCain will then walk on the sidewalk instead of cutting through the grass and he'll gain 3 points.

Damn Zorvan, sounds like it could have been a lot worse for both you and the pup.  Best wishes on a speedy recovery.

On a side note ........ I'm no "bling" expert but I can't help but feel the neck wear is looking a little plain.  Perhaps you could get a little creative with the ol' magic markers or something.  As I had a minute to kill this morning in between my kiddos games, with laptop in hand I went ahead and spruced things up a bit.  I apologize for the low quality ....... only MS paint on the laptop.

Some of the team felt it was a definite improvement ..........

LOL!

Maybe I'll head over to Kragens and get some of those thin rope lights and a battery pack.

Lol, thin rope lights and a battery pack, now your talkin'.  Perhaps some rhinestones as well, I used to see a commercial for a rhinestone machine on tv.  The name of it escapes me, but the combination of rope lights, rhinestones and a subtle color combination will surely bring those sexy nurses to their knees.
