This type of fluff is nice and Mythic have spoken about similar types of things (albeit not specifically what you suggested).

I think we can expect to see these extra touches come in patches and expansions.

News from Mythic's latest podcast; Altdorf has now officially been renamed Stormwind and they've introduced Night Elves to the world.

They're even going to change the name of the game in the very near future so keep an eye out for that one.

My comments about age were not a dig at you in any way, It was just a way of expressing that I don't have that sense of urgency any longer.

I don't see very much advantage to the early access to be honest, maybe I'm too old now and I don't wake up at 4:30am on xmas morning to see if I can go open my presents....

You make a fairly valid point that you get access to the open beta, I guess it's a 'try before you buy' kind of deal.

I'd rather start playing a few days after release and buy the game with some real information than get scammed into paying for something promised and not delivered.

Seradon is the most populated server.

Kojan is the least noob friendly continent to start on in my experience in that not many people talk to each other there and there is little to no grouping done even though there is some very nice group content.

Thestra tends to have the 'liveliest' chat with Qalia coming a close second.

I never tried a Disciple, but I hear they are a fun class to play and very capable.

The only thing that will 'kill' World of Warcraft will be Blizzard's next MMO.

It's not nearly what they 'promised'.

I'm only thankful that I got to read REH's works because of this game.
