Well I've been playing again for a few days and loving it. I finally found a crafting system that reminds me of being a career-crafter in UO. Is it really possible to be a fulltime crafter/harvester in this game though? Or is getting materials at higher level near impossible to do without a good adventuring level to brave the areas I'm sure the resources are hidden in?

My friend and I have recently reactivated our launch accounts to give this game another shot and so far have been pleasantly surprised. We are both veteran MMO players but new to Vanguard. Looking for a guild on Seradon that is active and large enough that there is people to group with most parts of the day.

I have nowhere else to post this thanks to no official forums.
Anyway I'm on the team pvp server and I'm a lvl 14 orc, my class trainer told me to leave the island I started on and head to Khal to continue my training. Which made sense because I had finished every quest on this starting continent. The problem is when I got to Khal, it is an enemy city and all the NPCs and guards auto attack me. How the heck are you supposed to progress? Looks like the PvP was just tacked on at the end with little or no thought, :( |
