2. Are you asking if you have to do Fellowship quests to level? If so, no. You can solo all the way to 50 if you'd like.

3. Yes.  I just started a Guardian on Landroval and I see many low players running around and have found it easy to find groups.

My advice? Get into PvMP once you are level 10.  It can be a fun break if you get bored with questing and feel like it is becoming a grind.  Also, crafting is another way to take a break and make some kick ass armor/weapons if you choose.

Thinking of starting up my LOTRO account again.  I played on Firefoot originally but wouldnt mind starting over. 

Does anyone have any suggestions on what server to roll on?  Based on community, population, etc.

The game sucks, developers know this, and they are trying to get more players by praising their own game and hyping it.  Please, everyone, lower the hype of this POS game.

  Thats a strange thing to say.   There is no "evil" faction, they are just fighting each other because of their differences. 

It isnt really fair comparing a F2P game and  P2P game, but PotBS is definitely the better game.  More polished, IMO the general fun factor is way higher , economy and PVP systems are more developed, and besides, Voyage Century is a point to click if I remember correctly.  Which in my book, doesnt cut it.  So basically... PotBS>VC.  And this is a very unbiased opinion as I am currently waiting for AoC and just had a chance to play Pirates in beta.
