I run a Windows Vista dell with a Pentium 2 Duo, 3 gigs of ram and a Radeon HD 2600 XT and blah blah etc etc widescreen nice clear LCD - WoW looks beautiful on it, esp when I am out farming and casting all my pretty little spells or in Raids with tons of pretty little spells and smooth like butter - it's a good computer and should run any current MMO easily with max graphics.

I install, goes smooth. Nice.

I crank up the graphics... hmmm, odd, but it could work. Make my character. Sorta nice, dislike the hairstyles a lot actually but it seems promising because you can change other things like facial features and body part sizes. But the system seems clunky.

I am still excited at the end of it. I make a shaman and she has an earthy vibe going on and I am excited to start a new game.

 

I think seems like a nice adventure game like Oblivion but better and online.

The game is second life but online with orcs and elves. But no, wait! The graphics are WORSE than second life and the lag is MUCH worse.

All this and more if you look at the matrix online,EQ 1/2 and now pirates of the burning sea you can see they have and still make the same mistakes they promise not to make. You cant blame one person for all these mistakes a company is run by more than one person they just use someone to be a public face so if it gets to bad they can publicly hang him.

As I said the Buck has to stop somewhere  and John Smedley is where it stops, and as far as Vanguard is concerned,SOE did'nt screw it up the Developers did, SOE are fixin it and doing a pretty good Job of it too.

 

Planetside is an old game now but it has been very successful for along time. You may think they they screwed it up but alot of people would'nt agree with you.

Well just goes to show you know nothing , SoE bought into Sigil & funded it on collapse of microsoft , then they cut all  funding and demanded Vanguard to be released as they wanted a return on there investment knowing full well what state this game was in...

You must be relative of smedley only he would stoop so low & have so little knowledge of his own company.

I answered it and it was Ed Mcmahon and the entire Age of Conan design team from funcom. Everyone but Mr. McMahon was wearing Halo armor but for some reason i still knew it was them. He gave me one of those gigantic checks and said i was a winner but instead of a money total there was an age of conan beta key on it.  So i ran to my computer where the beta client downloaded and installed instantly for some reason, called work and quit my job, and proceeded to click on the age of conan icon on my desktop. Suddenly i was sucked into my computer screen and found myself inside of character selection. The game was absolutely amazing until i found myself being chased by a clan of Wazuli hillsmen. They caught me and hacked me to pieces and then ate me but it was ok because they left my bigtoe and that was enough for me to regenerate another body..........

And then i woke up. Theres more but thats all i remember.   All i know is that i woke up and theres no Age of conan DLed on my PC and im saddened. .
