He also has admited to hacking peoples accounts ingame. The fact he was and continues to be a criminal hacker.  TBH this isn't blurring the lines. Its just illegal. The next step would be hunting down a BOB member and killing them becasue I disagree with what they do ingame then moving to Indoenesia. Would that be blurring the line?

Nah, that'd be erasing the line.  And it would be illegal.  And it would be criminal.  And he would get punished if found guilty by a court of law.

Thread over. He was found guilty in 1994 and served 18 months. Currently lives in Indoenesia where hacking laws along with everything else are very lax. In the US he would probably be back in jail agian. Ask any BOB, LV, GOON, RA, MC, Outbreak, ASCN, or D2 member if they have had there forum/killboard hacked by this guy and I guarentee they will all say yes and Kug actually has bragged about it on EVE-O and his sight. Thats why he was banned and why most of EVE including members of both sides of the BOB war hate his guts.

The fact is he still is a criminal. Hacking out of game sites to gain an ingame  advantage. Hacking Eve player accounts. Trying to find dev player acounts. All CCP EULA offensives not to mention illegal in basically every country.

Kug is a criminal. He served 18 months in prison for hacking in the US. Also commiting out of game crimes to gain an ingame  advantage is against the CCP EULA. As is hacking peoples eve accounts. Same with perposly trying to find dev player account. He admitted to all that publically and got banned for it. All the devs who cheated in relation to t20 were fired. Enslaver wasnt as he did nothing wrong. Not sure what more you want.

I usually don’t post on this forum but I was looking for info on PoTBS and saw all the misinformation in this forum so I thought I would clear it up.

In regards to Enslaver being a dev it’s true that he has recently taken an internship at CCP as a dev. When he did that he had to step down as a leadership member of LV in order to fulfill his duties as an intern. He was alowed to remain as a member for reasons I will explain later. During the two months he has been a dev there has been no evidence of any wrong doing on his behalf.

When CCP released info that he was indeed a dev the majority of people on EVE-O was happy that such an experienced played was going to be in a dev role and were angry that he was going to have to lose such a storied and old char due to personal attacks from a hacker(CCP rules stated that any dev that is found as a player has to be deleted). The only two allegations against him were that he sold a BPO before it lost value (This was 2 months before he was a dev and right when inventions came out and a lot of people were selling BPOs fearing a loss of value) and that he was scouting an enemy POS (something any char with a cov ops could do+ the dev accused of this wasn’t even him and was there due to a petition in regards to that POS ).

In regards to Kugutsumen he is a world famous hacker who has committed multiple felony offenses in the United States (hacking FBI phones for $250,000+ in fees for one) who moved to Indonesia (very lax hacking laws) to start an Internet Security company. He actually served 18 months in prison with 2 months probation for his crimes. He was banned from EVE for everything from account hacking to being a rl criminal. This is why he is attacking CCP devs and he gets all his info from illegally hacking multiple EVE alliance and CCP owned websites. To those visiting his website people have also found evidence that he logs ips and user/pass combos so among other things he can hack even more eve accounts. Not only does he hack for information but he has attempted to destroy many Eve related forums and killboards as a part of his "attack strategy".

The reason CCP allows devs to not only play but be members of major 0.0 alliances is what makes them so great. They actively try to promote and hire people that know a lot about the game since they know what best needs fixing and what can best be improved. Most corps that run an MMORPG just stick it out there and hope people keep paying $20 a month. CCP actively seeks ways to improve the game and is very involved. If you would rather have a dev group that don’t care about the game than perhaps EVE honestly isn't for you.

In summary Kugutsumen is a rl criminal who is on a vendetta over events in a video game. CCP is a company who has fostered and improved EVE for the last 3 years and who continue to seek to improve it. Every single complaint brought to CCP has ended with either a dev being fired or it being dismissed. If you still think they would risk all that to help some players win in some crazy plot with no real evidense than once again I say perhaps you should play a different MMORPG. Believe me you won't be missed.

And to those actively spamming this crap everywhere pls get a life. If you don't like the game go play something else.
