Yes ONE SHOT folks.  That NEVER used to happen to me before the patch.  The most now I last against a melee profession if I cant get off a fear is 3 shots.  Oh and how about the fact I have to stand there like a lump of wood to cast on top of it!!!  Instant cast dots now say cannot cast while moving!!!!

I'm hoping this is balanced out at level 80 because at level 70 warlock is so horribly nerfed it's not even funny.  

I'm killing ppl with my lock... problem isn't the game man.. it's you.  Adapt.

I love the patch, if you're having issues, roll a new class - I hear Pally is hot  these days - or go take some time and figure out what you are screwing up, because locks are doing just fine.

I have no problem with the guy playing 36 accounts... but the people judging.. bloody eejits.

ROFL!  I could not agree MORE.  "Siphoning" the brats out of WoW will only make it an even more enjoyable game for the rest of the "non-bratty" players.  LOL  Twinks have always reminded me a little of spoiled brats in middle school.  I can't really explain WHY....it's just an overall "flavor."

My son is upset by this, but honestly...I always thought MMORPGs weren't really the right place for people who ONLY want to fight against other people and aren't interested in anything else  really.  Why "twinks" didn't choose to play CS Source or Unreal, I will never understand.  If you want to play an FPS game, basically....why don't you go DO so?  I don't get it.  PvP in an MMORPG, should have a REASON beyond just 24/7 killing people.  Counterstrike dressed up in fantasy world armor?  WTF FOR?

I suggested Warhammer to my son.  I think that game is more for people that want to just PvP and nothing else.  I tried Warhammer and was bored out of my skull.  Therefore, I figure my son will LOVE it.  Out taste in games is entirely different.  I enjoy WoW.  Some people find IT boring.  Just a matter of taste, in my opinion.

Even though i always liked PvP to some degree, i never ever did see the point of twinking in the lower levels, i mean you had almost no abilities, it do be boring as hell.

 

I wonder where that magical non existant "skill" in twinking was, because to me it only looked like a second way of griefing unexpecting newcomers who wanted to try out the BGs early on. I sometimes also did bgs with an alt to get a certain weapon quick as it might speed up lvl'ing and to change the pace of things.

 

The exp gain from pvp is great, i love it, also in a second standpoint of gaining exp, if you got a little tired of doing pve stuff all day long.  Though i don't expect to be using that exp feature at all, since all the pve places in wotlk looks so gorgeous, so when i get there i'll probably already be lvl 80 =S

Gear is an extension of skill.  Just because a player is a skilled pvp'er doesn't mean they shouldn't pursue even greater glory by gearing up.

Get off the QQ bus.  Twinks are fine.  If they suck at pvp they die like everyone else.

If they are twinked, you can assume they love to fight and probably have some level of pvp skill behind that enchanted blade thats cutting you down. 

Don't think it's all gear, you might be losing because you suck....and coming to a forum to share tears with other suckers isn't going to bring your game up.  I've killed twinks with mediocre gear, it's no godmode..

You can't buy skill in CS like you can twinking in WoW PvP.  the reason people don't pick up games like CS or quake.. is because they'll lose.

I played for a while, got bored quick, but that's my own deal... tbh though if I was still there and encountering crap like that I'd be saying bye bye in no time.  Those are called 'Red Flags", and signs of whats to come if they can't even properly test a patch.

Flame me now too if you will, it doesn't matter, WAR has too many issues atm to stand against all of this scrutiny.

I am not trolling at all I am being trolled lol I am simply giving a review of the game. I am not impressed so far at all some good things but not great. I am not gonna cancel I prepaid for 60 days so I will be on for a while but I am gonna respond to unfair attacks and I am gonna take thoughtfull suggestions to heart as I play . I am not a TROLL I am someone who has seen alotmore of this game then most of you.
 

I agree 100% with the OP.  On the fact that he hasn't trolled in this thread, and this thread is valid.

Reading the responses, it's easy to see that players are feeling threatened and need to come out and bash him for not liking this game they have committed themselves to, instead of just accepting he doesn't like it.

I'm sorry...as a long-time gamer myself I have to disagree with you.  WoW didn't remove anything.  What depth and complexity are you talking about?  Player housing?  Seriously....

WoW has anything a gamer needs...EQ, EQII, SWG, CoH, EVE, AO, PS, blah blah.. are all just games, nothing deep about them.

Come into WoW today as someone who's never played before and I'm sure you'd see it's complex enough.  Gems, Enchants, Talents, Buffs, Pots, Food, Inscription.. there are several ways to manipulate your char, so many that most players haven't even used them all fully.

I'm no fanboi, but I'm not going to hate it just because it has stood on top for so long.  It's just a game.
