I very much like that Idea.  Make the game play much more challenging and give great play.

A difference for those that are tired of the grind.

Well, lets see,  Yes the MM (monster missions) are fun,  and eQ is getting quests now more than usual so might be more interesting to you.  As far as having your lvl 70 player looking like a newb.  no prob.  The game play is no different.  Just different instances.  And not all lvl 70s raid - some of us raid and also do lots of other things.  Try it, you just may like it after a break.
