Well people have different opinions. I myself played only for about 2-3 days of 1-2 hours before finally finding out it was the same game as everything else.

Well then whats the point of putting tons of Raid bosses in Lineage 2 if all players do is try to level as fast as they can to get to PvPing?

Plus, you can start PvPing at level 1 (trust me I have done it ).

I think this fake. First of all, I remembering seeing this much more clearer and you could tell the country names were switched.

Second, read the other headlines (CNNN).

They have set a date of ending this phase for April 12!

PvP all the way.

In PvE, you know what the other NPC is going to do... No challenge.

PvP, there is some challenge to it to make it fun. Plus trying to reach the best is really interesting like in Lineage 2 where everyone tries to reach the best.

That is why I like to play Lineage 2, yes there are many cheaters BUT being in guilds/alliances and trying to gain the castles and the power.

Power=Fun

Though, the top contenders in MMORPGs (as in the companies that will try to grab the market of MMOs by offering many to choose from the most) in the upcoming years has got to be Ncsoft and Turbine. Though Codemasters will get a lot from Europe as they are hosting a lot of MMOs in Europe.

NcSoft has 5 MMOs currently running with subscriptions, 2 currently in beta, an expansion to Guild Wars, and a space MMO that they are publishing.

Go Ncsoft, would be AMAZING for the Station Pass!

The reason why WoW is doing so well is because most of the players are people who have never played an MMO before. I know quite a few people who have never played an MMO before but since it is made by Blizzard (the name says it all), they love it.

My personal view, it is the same thing over and over just like any MMO. Plus it has horrible PvP (do not like faction-based, give me FFA!!! )

Happens to me too but I don't think it is growing out of video games, MMOs are just the same thing over and over again now.

You talked about hating to fight NPCs, going from PvP to PvE... Isn't that in all the other MMOs too that you listed as PvP worthy?

Want to play an MMO that is true PvP? Try Planetside or World War 2 Online.

OMG! I may try EQ 2!! Only thing that is annoying is the zones... I like seamless but the real reason is that the people are zone hopping... Anyone suggest to fix in offical forum??
