are you forcing graphics or letting it go through program? or maybe WAR doesnt like SLI i dunno shouldn't be CTD'in you, seeing as your specs are way to powerful for WAR as is. maybe thats the problem, computers is going so fast that the game cant keep up with your system.

im voted the first answer because my first mmo though i may not play it, it will be number one for me for forever. When I loaded up Everquest for the first time and enter into this new world of gaming it was a experiance only your first mmo can give you. No other mmo to DATE has given me that kind of joy and entertainment. Yeah i hated Death Penalties, HELL FU#*IN LEVELS, but i did them. Why because thats how good Everquest was to me. I've tried alot of mmo's since and they just cant grab me like Everquest did. Even now as i play WAR i can see when The Old Republic Online comes out WAR will be a figment of my imagination because I'm playing it now, but thats because its the only mmo thats worth a damn right now to play if you need a mmo fix.

the beginning. I loaded it up once didn't know what the hell i was doing and it didn't give me any reason to find out on my own.

Magus are good because they have good AoE later in the game. As Engee's. This game has a slow start for some classes but i do believe all classes are equal in some aspect come level 40. Levels matter in this game. Yes a game is spose to be fun all the way through thats how i like it and thats how i ended up as a black orc. Some people like engee's and magus because not only do i see alot of em people are having fun with them aswell. They know there role and they maximize there capabilities. My suggestion to you is find out what class you maximize at on the battle field and be that guy. Are you the guy who runs in and wants to Pwn or are you the guy who wants to stay back in the cut and protect from a distance. Its just playstyles and the magus/engi/maruader arnt your styles.

Personally, I got more than 2 weeks of entertainment out of it, which is worth $50.

Think about it. How many single-player titles have we all purchased in our lives, that we played for a few days, beat, and put on the shelf?

If I can get a month's entertainment out of a game, it's $50 well spent, imo.

Yeah i feel like i wasted 50 bucks but when i think about the hours of time that i did play and enjoyed it over 10 hours which in movie standards of 2 hours a movie. at either $8 dollars a ticket or where im at $10 dollars a ticket. And I'm positive i had 24 Hours of Gameplay ecstasy. So looks to be ok that i wasted 50 big ones on AoC. Which at the movies for same kind of entertainment would set me back 120 and thats just for me not my lady.

People never seem to amaze me when it comes to AoC. From the Weekly Stock Reports to Daily updates on Population i wonder why Vanguard doesn't get the same treatment. Guess there was no point in telling SoE stocks?

Yeah it costs alot of Gold to keep a keep. =P so guildies need to PAY UP!!

You are more then likely going to have some issues getting through life thinking like that.

Only 30.000 human beings die because of hunger every day. Luckily they don't have cell phones and we can't hear their last words, so we can be optimistic and look at things positively.

If you actually feel like speaking for these people who die of hunger and etc, then why dont you go out and donate money and help them? If you dont, then why bother thinking about it, yeah it sucks, people die in africa and 3rd world countrys. Well stop the War on Drugs and get the money to fund feeding of people of poverty. We can't save everybody right now to be honest anyways. Theres not enough room on the planet if people dont die and die in large numbers. Sounds mean, and im prolly next after saying it but its the honest truth. Why i say until we can live on Mars, the moon, or where it be on other planets we will have a problem in the future unless WW3 happens then population will drop dramatically.

vertex shader is a graphics card that is direct x 9 line. if you have a 2.0 pixel shader you have a 2.0 vertex shader.
