quests are a good thing in games give you some thing to do, as for killing 5 rabbits for a sword , well first off it wasn't a sword it was a +1 str ring in asheron's call , but i digest ,man that was a good dinner.... quests should have some kinda story to it or  if not a story have it be like a wanted post kill this guy talk to this get a good item

(edit)  oh and if anyone from turbine is checking out these forums , bring back AC do a AC 3 with char control of the first one i miss being able to chose where my stats go and not have them pre determind for me, if i wanted that id take the ps2 out of the closet and play some old school games on it

if they use a system like city of heros uses , except insted of lacky a higher lv can form a squad and the squad then shares lvls so that way the lvl difference isnt to bad, i mean really i am ex army when i first went into the field i didnt get sent out with a bunch of new recruits i was in the mix with new guys and vets....


that is one way they can fix the lvl gapping problem, i know that well i being devoirced and none of my other friends are so they get less time to play then i do so i waould always out lvl them and have to make a char that i would keep there lvl just to play woth them, we all tried city of villians and again i was able to out lvl most of them but being able to lacky someone made it possable for a friend to come with me to a place i would go


so there are ways to get around the grouping problem with a lvl based char growth , they just have to be smart enough to see them. the tv show sg1 had alot of military based every thing so they better make it to where higher lvl soldiers can take new recruits with them , wich would be a realistic trait

ya when they wrote jakc out and brought in the two ppl from farscape ( big fan of that too) i was a bit confused but i did like the change, i think they should tie the end of the tv show with the start of this game. as for fan base most gamers look for a challengeing fun and rewarding game , if this game has those in it i belive it will draw gamers to it regardless if they are fans or not

everyone is money hungry, once you get a dollar you want another , i know i do. all of you have good points, if you want to play a game that has no monthly or new ex packs to get for more content then go to guild wars they dont charge you for anything after you paid for that game , not all companies charge for exspan packs most however do, i personaly feel that all exspan packs should just be a downloaded thing and not sold since they useualy run the same price as the main game was and is more of a burden to those who play on a short cash supply. o and my spelling and paragraph structure suck so ha i dissed my self now you cant do it

i was on MLF i played through trials of atlantis all my toons are 50 oh and i got kicked off the role play server because i would say thees or thous stay with CoH PLEASE PLEASE you a gimp you daddy was a gimp and so is your mommy so now go back under that rock and stay there and pretened you know everything , you havent a clue so go to the store and buy one i bet you can get the adena farmes to loan you some cash since i bet your mommy or daddy pays for your toys oh a nd a gun fight with a unarmed man haha thats was good when i heard that in jr.high. if youre going to burn someone come up with up to date burns, like" hey i did you a favor today , i went to the pound and found your mom i told them she really wasnt a dog just looks like one. ewwwwwwwwwww burned!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and yes i do alot of run on writeing but thats the way i think, fast and nonstop. and i will always write this way so whine and moan and tell me im a idiot ppl thought alot of geniuses where stupid because they think diffrently then slower more simple minded ppl

I'll agree GW isn't... it's a multiplayer game with a avatar based community chat and quest system more or a less.

Oh and you do realize COH doesn't have pvp (not even dueling) yet period? Do you know *ANYTHING* about the game? Oh wait, obviously not.
