If you want in my LS on Caitsith send a tell to Cable he's one of my char the LS has 50+ people in it and they always want more. The levels range from level 1 characters to about level 40 characters.

Hope to hear from you we always want more people to join our LS.

Just so you know I have read that press release but it did not explain whether it would be in an expansion or downloaded and also it never said when. Do you know when? because I would like to know.

I agree nation vs. nation would be really but, if they had it similiar to the RvR in DAoC then would you have to be level 75 in order to do it? If so that would suck because I love FFXI very much but to get to level 75 would take a lot of time. Also I have a friend and we are both around level 30 but from different nations if they had a Party vs. Party thing I think I would like that better.

PvP would have to be my first idea and some more jobs and not just advanced jobs it would be nice to have a better selection of basic jobs for newbs and if people would like to start a new character.

More zones is always nice and more items more items more items. If they could also incorporate something with dying armor so we aren't all running around looking like everyone else.

Omg Newbies, Newbies, Newbies, and guess what more Newbies. I did a /sea all level 1 today and there was over 100 newbies on the server and only one I saw had a sub job. I talked to one and he said he had a keyboard but knew a lot of PS2 users don't and I dont understand how that is going to work. I have in one day already answered to many stupid questions and I even had a guy ask me if he could borrow the robe I was wearing so he could do a quest.

It was kinda fun going around the newbie zone and one hitting everything other guys were attacking but my conscience go the best of me so I healed them and gave them protect and shell.

Also, I would have to be a little envious because even thought my graphics are way better it would be cool to see FFXI on a  big screen TV with surround sound and stuff.

The funny thing is I don't think you'll need to transfer your char at all because all the servers are random without a world pass. On every server there are people from all over the US, Canada, and Japan. There has been talk of making a NA server but I don't think it will happen. Also if you joined a whole new server none of the areas would be under control so no crystals until they are under control. Also the economy at the Auction House would suck and nothing would sell for a while and if it did it would be for nothing.

So good luck with FFXI have fun. I know I am having fun and will keep doing so.

I know that the customizing in FF in not the greatest aspect of the game and not just with the way your char looks but with the armor as well. I really did like the whole dye thing in DAoC but guess what that doesn't really make the game any more fun or any less fun. It really does not bother me at all but it is just up to peoples opinions. I have to admit I have seen many a Galkan with the same face as my char.! But in the end this is still the most fun MMO I have ever played and even though they lack in customizing for me they make up for it in gameplay and the Auction House has to be the coolest idea for an MMO since the actual idea of MMORPGs. Maybe not but still pretty close.

I am not scared of the potential fludding of ps2 players because it will take them a while to catch up to me and by then they should no how to play. I'm just gonna wait to level any new jobs so I don't have to sit there and teach all the noobs how to write macros and how a party works. I think that with all the new ps2 players a lot of them will have never played a MMO and that means that they are going to be supers noobs unlike the normal newb that is just switchin from EQ, DAoC, and other games.

If they made a whole new server for the US i wouldnt play on it because I like having my items sells at the AH and if they started a new server the economy would really suck and it would take a long time to get control of areas so you can get crystals and stuff like that.

Oh yes the charge for the extra characters as much as I hate that they do have a good reason: when it was free for extra characters people were making there other char in different countries and having then die on purpose so that that country would lose conquest points. Yes that sounds gay but people did it and after people did it people complained and this is how they fixed the problem.

You know I once thought the way you do. I figured if I bought the game then I shouldn't have to pay to play it but... After playing FFXI I have only bought one other game and in the three months I have played I would have normally bought 3-4 games so for me I have actually saved money because I wasnt buying a game every two weeks, beating it and buying a new one.

Is it worth it? Hell ya its worth I can't keep off this game it has to be the most addicting game I have ever played.

PS I have played other MMOs like SWG, and DAoC even though DAoC is a close second this is by far the best game I have ever played.

Umm this is a easy one for me I would have to say Kingdom Hearts and I know you're all thinking that disney is gay but if you play the game you will love it too, I have never played a game that I have liked any better. I am a little ticked too because I sold my PS2 so I could get a new graphics card for my PC and just after I did that I found out that Kingdom Hearts 2 was coming out sometime this summer. Can't wait and for all you that haven't played the first one get it and I know you'll will be waiting in line at the strore or preordering number 2 for when it comes out.
