I can't say there is a best, most successful in the US and UK seems to be WoW. There are many games based off there IP. Some don't follow so well, some do. I find games that follow there IP can be more fun if you know the story lines. Like a head start with out the extra EXP.

I love the auction house. I can spend many a gold in them, but some games -FAIL- at making a good auction house. Player shops get abused to much, and NPC only really takes the fun out of finding rare stuff. I dislike mass produced stuff, any game where every item stats vary I love. It can be rather annoying to make a large array of weapons, but in a game where the data is streamed to you custom weapons are amazing.

As long as the auction houses are made fair, simple but effective they are the best system I've seen in MMORPG's currently. I do like story lines to make sense however so it is hard to please me. I usually want a waiting time depending how far the items has 'traveled'.

It's good to hear that games now have more dynamic settings. Some things like particles cause me lag for no reason (That I have found) where as mesh rendering is flawless. This games sounds very good, and I shall indeed check it out. Thank you.

I can't see WoW ever closing, just a lot of updates. I wish they'd work on some of the effects however. New content is great and it is hard when you max out, to find exploring fun. WAR does seem to be attracting some attention though. Perhaps it will loss a few players but nothing damaging.

There is a game for everyone, some games just have more followers.

ISK is easy to get. For most skills it's no more than a million ISK and that's cheap. Buying skill points is a big no no. I've played the trial through many time on many account just to see how it is for new players and it's fine. What's the problem? The problem is everyone wants an instant return. How to get one is train skills like learning skills a 2 week investment in learning skills can save you a good few weeks of training later. If you want to do instant damage get into an assault frigate, this takes all of 3 weeks and during that time you can use your starting skills to start doing level 1 missions. If you pick a mining start you should mine not shoot stuff and the same for if you picked more combat, fight stuff. Making you're first million ISK is a good achievement.

Yes there ARE a lot of skills to choose and yes it can take 6 months to get a good character but skilling does no take very long. avoid level 5 skills until you WANT them. if you want then, you'll train them and you'll wait. If you don't want them you'll train something faster.

I agree. I feel that Pirates and England will be equal, at about 30-40% each.
France will probably be the lowest but they will probably get balanced out somehow by the game creators. Maybe a system like Planetside uses Who knows.

I'll probably try them all bu settle for England or maybe a pirate.. I might even be France

I'm just trying them all and so far I'm leaning towards being English.

You may have a graphical setting too high.. Play around with setting and goodluck.

My suggestion is to get the 10 day free trial, let it patch and buy the CD-key online.. However it is better to have the disk at hand and it's only the price of game anyway, plus you get 30 days free and if you sign up for the free trail +10 days.. I ended up with 40 days free and the disk..

The Disk will still need patching, but not as much as most downloads. (Remeber to portforward the DLer. 90% of the complaints are from slow net users or people who can't portforward, I DLed the updates at around 500 kb/s)

Anyway, I suggest a trip to the store, ususally better to have a hardcopy of the game.

Your saying you can't make 50c/29p a day? Work 1 hour a day (even at minimum wage) and you get over 10 days subscription... (The UK rules, minimum wage is really high!)

Just my thoughts.. when you break it down! Go being a accountant! Money rules!!

There is a really good way the Blizz could keep the game nice and clean, thye should make it easyer to report.. just right click somones name.. CLick report and type a short message.. (spamming, abuse, acting immature, ruining game play)... The only problem is Blizz won't be anything as it makes more money for them if they just let the game run and not change stuff..
