Hey All, The European winners will be part of the European Beta and the US winners will be part of the US Beta. Since the US server is in the process of being launched we decided to invite all 250 winners at the same time. So no head start for the Europeans, but a fair chance for all. Hope this clears things up. TCoS |

Hey Guys, A quick update here from Spellborn HQ: First of all, we are amazed by the amount of competition entries. While these numbers make us very happy, we will make sure that we can give all the people that didn't win a fair chance to join the open beta when it starts at the end of this year/early 2007. Cheers, Marco 'Freeze' van Haren

Hi All, The Chronicle of Spellborn does have experience for combat. In fact, it even has 2 forms of combat experience; - Killing mobs will grant the player a small amount of regular xp. Although most regular xp will be gained by successfully completing quests, we do want to offer players a small incentive for the work they have done even if they have failed the quest... So killing monsters grants small amounts of regular xp. - Killing monster will grant the player with Pep experience. PeP (Personal experience Points) is used to buff players that manage to stay alive for longer periods. PeP comes in different ranks (-5 to +5) with ranks below zero giving negative bonuses and rank above zero giving positive bonuses. The different PeP states have impact on the character's run speed, combat speed en damage output. The fun part is all this is the fact that many of the combat skills have direct impact on the hight of these states... For more info check out this (http://www.tcos.com/en/gameworld/?id=statistics) article on tcos.com! Freeze |

Well, you might want to read up on the Spellborn forums on www.tcos.com. The game has this breed of creatures known as Vailyrians. There are rumours that they could very well appear as flying mounts in the future. Imagine big scale PvP battles on flying mounts in the Deadspell Storm... cool stuff. You can find some concept art on them in the website's artwork section http://www.tcos.com/downloads/?type=1&lng=en This has never been officialy confirmed though.. Freeze |

Each Shard is designed as one big level with instances for certain dungeons, player and guild housing, shops and taverns. Travel between the different Shards can be done by booking passage on one of the Shardships that can travel through the Deadspell Storm. Players with some cash to spare can book a cabin that offers them safe and almost instant travel. Players low on cash or prefering to save their hard earned money can enlist on the Shardships as crew. Travel will be cheap but the player will have to work during the passage to keep the Shardship safe from the many dangers that the Deadspell hides. Hope this helps. Freeze |

The Chronicles of Spellborn has some very interesting End Game features. Besides High level content such as Shard conquest, there will be regular content updates that will further enlarge the world and deliver exciting new challenges for players. Weapons, skills and jewelry can be slotted with unique sigils to further specialise them. These Sigils come in different ranks, with the 2 highest ranks (Rank 9 and 10) only available to players at the current maximum level (level 50). This means that even at the highest level players can still work on reslotting their items and skills with unique End Game sigils. |
