But in general ... i think you had some kind of trauma related to religion in your life. Because the way you talk about religion is a bit ... over the top. And by the way, in Quran there's something about Christians and other religions doing that, and God forbid us to follow someone blindly without questioning his acts, or what he says.

What you said about Israel is sad, i agree with you, and that's why most of us hate USA. I do NOT hate the US people, i HATE your government, i wish Bush and his followers would be struck down by lightning or taken out by a terrorist. BUT, and 1000000 buts ... i do NOT wish a single US citizen to be harmed (not killed, but even harmed) in the process. See my point of view?

The problem with Israel is that the Arabs there are fighting amongst themselves, i said it a million times, we will NOT move forward till we become united. We fight each others, or stand watching others getting ripped, and do nothing. In the 70s when we united to drive Israel out of Egypt, it WORKED, why not do it again, i wonder! We don't have to spill blood to achieve peace, Saddat (the 70s president here) achieved it without a single drop of blood, he drove Israel out completely after years of negotiations and talks. But who was in at our backs, our brothers, see the difference? We won't achieve anything now without becoming united again. And don't take that out of context, i don't mean war!

What makes muslims so special? I don't live in the UK , muslims have no influence here. They are trying to make a point that because of their religious beliefs we should change all of the lines on longitude, latitude, timezones, and then what will we refer to the region which once was know as the Middle "EAST"? Will they look in their god book for that one too and let us know? And Mecca is which direction? Where the head points or the other end waving in the air? Is there more on this? Why should ANYbodys religion have to change the rest of the world?

Another thing, after reading through the many various versions of the bibles out there (because you guys don't happen to agree with what it says) I have found out that all of these deities love me. And rightly so, he's  god right?

Hey man, first of all, we're already dead when we're born (in a sense), why should someone die at the age of 0 or at the age of 100, both ARE the same. Why should humans die in the first place, ... no answer to that from anyone! Too many things unexplained in this world, and yet you assume that there's an answer to why do people get sick?

Just think how would the world be if there was no sickness and everyone lived forever ... heaven?

Why are you so angry that people believe in God? Why don't you have respect of others' beliefs? I don't care if you believe or not, so why would you care about what i believe in? Why do you want people to stop believing in God (evident from you wanting to tell them they're delusional), THAT in itself is fanatisism my friend! EDIT:

I did a quick measurement ... took the total area of the left side of GMT and the right, shifted the line based on the difference in area to get equal areas ... India is the center.

If i just measure it with a ruler without taking areas into consideration ... GMT or somewhere near it is the center.

As for hard proof, i'll have to dig deeper, will get back to you if i reach something.

Just a note though ... even if the guy is wrong (which i had like 50% feeling he was), shouldn't differ much on the world's view of Muslims. For example, there's a guy in USA who says that there's nothing called Global Warming, and been preaching it a bit too much that some people actually are starting to believe him. Turns out he's been affiliated with some energy government thing, watched it on an 'American' news (a few weeks ago though). So, this guy might actually hurt the people living on earth by his actions (if it's even taken seriously in the first place), should i call Americans fanatics because one of them is an idiot? And in Islam he should NOT affect you if he's a true follower of his religion (will take time to explain).

Not sure if this is true or not, have to research it a bit (whether it's Muslim or not, i don't believe what anyone says just out of his mouth without research, even if it's Einstein), but anyway ... if it's true, then why is GMT still exist as the standard?! Britain was like Rome back in the day, it forced everything to be its way or the highway, but scientifically, it should be Mecca's standard time that's used. If you don't want it to be called that, then choose ANY city on the same line and call it that.

Finally, in my humble opinion, i think that this whole subject is a bit ... unimportant. Sure, people can talk about change, but it's not urgent. It would be nice, but NOT urgent to change the whole world system over.

As a last note, please stop being extremist yourself, and don't call a whole nation terrorists based on the actions of less than 1% of them. I learned some of what you wrote the hard way, for example ... i used to give my back to a melee class and just run for my life, and wonder why EVERYTIME i feel weaker or slowed, guess that's the Daze effect or something similar. Also the fact that giving up on a running enemy is stupid, because he also can't cast, i used to give up, but noticed that if 'I' run, some just don't give up on me, and i die in the end, unless i run into my mates and they save my ass :D.

I remember giving up on PvP in EQ2, simply it wasn't fun for me, and was a gank fest, even 1v1 i didn't stand a chance against some classes. I'm a n00b in PvP by the way. But in AoC, although i was dying a lot, i had a TON of fun. And after getting used to the system, i started becoming in the top 5 a bit by bit. And everytime i start a new class, the cycle starts over again, but still fun, even if i don't get a single kill :D.

But in general, i learned some nice stuff reading your post. Glad to see someone seeing this game's combat system for what it truely is :).

You can say that the Arab Peninsula (sp?) is the Middle East, the African Arab nations are the near east, Afghanistan to Japan are called Far East. There's logic to everything.

So instead of coming out with a useless post both of you, why not try to debate this like adults, and tell me where i'm wrong? or at LEAST bash the guy who started all this as it seems he was more sarcastic than me. Been annoying my friend for weeks about how AoC isn't turning out to be the game i thought it would. So finally he sent me this email with a video link to a video on YouTube. And i was instantly hooked.

So weird that i've never heard of this game before, i stopped playing EQ2 6 months ago and was searching for any game worth playing. Known about AoC but was sceptic about it working out, then started following it closer the past 2 months, but don't like what i saw, but nevermind, this isn't an AoC review.

Anyway, i seriously hope this game works out, as i respect NCSoft very much.

Come on guys, anyone know how to solve this?

Instead of creating a new topic thought i would just add to this one, a year ago i asked the same question, some told me to try Ryzom and EQ2, after telling them what i want in a game, i tried both and liked them a lot, but of course i went for the more famous, till this day i haven't found an MMO worth playing like EQ2, or a better 'functional' and 'populated' one like EQ2, plz keep ur flamethrower at home :P

Anyway, i tried WoW, LotRO, EVE, ... etc, all didn't really give me what i want like EQ2 did, but, and here's the problem, i get bored very fast, and i'm surprised i played that game for a whole year, so it's time to move on, 2500 hours of play time is too much for a game :(, is there a new game 'currently' in the market or going to be released this month that's worth it, btw, i loved Guild Wars, but only Prophecies, the rest of the expansions r ... crap, thought i would throw that in as well.

So, anyone have advice for me plz? :).

note: I thought about Sword of the New World, is it released yet, does it have a trial .. etc, i'll go look myself now, but i would appreciate any input as i might miss something on the way, thx :).

I play this game since last July, ever since i joined i've been on AB, i have 1 chr at 70, 1 60s, and 4 above 30 and 40, i've always had problem with finding groups, even if i take the initiative and start one either the Tank or the Healer r hard to find, especially good ones, cause if u get an average tank expect the group to disband in a flash.

I've always thought about starting over in Crushbone as it's the most populated high level server, but i might take the free server transfers as an opportunity to move them all to this server, but, i have some questions plz ...

 1- How's the activity on the server, r there a lot of grouping going?

2- On our server there's only 2 or 3 raiding guilds, how's it here? and do they require very strict joining conditions?

3- How's the general server maturity? r people in general nice and helpful AND mature?

4- Has anyone been to those 2 server (AB and CB) that could tell me what difference did he feel?

5- Which is the most famous guild on the server, or top 3 (on our server it's Eidolon, and used to be TBA, now i think Epidemic maybe)

please, don't just praise ur server, tell me the truth, it's not a recruitement competition
