Ya I agree, after alot of major publishers withdrew from E3 there really isn't going to be much left.  Not to mention what E3 is designed to do is now done better by GDC, GStar, TGS, and ChinaJoy.  That being getting investors for smaller game studios, and advertising the game to media outlets.  When prices on booths pulled up to the $10 million range, the advertising benefits were simply lost.  Link that with taking out public access and you lose alot more from advertising.

The US will pull out troops June 2nd, 2108.  There a timetable.

Actually, I think this bolsters McCains campaign more then Obama's.  He has been very vocal about how the war was being managed and the need for a troop surge.  Once it happened the security in Iraq was bolstered and the US troops could be pulled out.  He also stated he hoped US troops would no longer be necessary in Iraq within 4~8 years.

However, I don't think this is in response to the US military presence, but congress wanting to charge the Iraqi government for US security.  As you can tell the Iraqi would like to setup a timetable on withdrawl if they have to start footing the bill which is the reason this deal is being made in the first place aside from the UN sanction.

I don't know why people conspire the US against China.  Since the 1950's, the US has been the main supplier for the Chinese Economy, and now the US uses China's wealth a bit.  Both nations have strived in this time due to the relationship symbiotic relationship we have.

The build quality is usually low, however they are the cheapest on the market for what you get.  Buying this brand through newegg has an advantage.  The main problem is the machine coming to you defective with pre-broken parts.  Then when you contact support they don't honor thier warranty which makes the machine worthless.

Getting it through Newegg lets you take advantage of thier good replacement gauruntee of 30 days.  If it comes defective as it does quite a few times from IBuyPowerPC, then Newegg will replace it and you won't have to deal with iBuyPowerPCs customer service.  Also you can get a Newegg Warranty plan instead.

Ragnarok Online, Runescape.  By the looks of the computer it uses Rambus Ram which is still excessively expensive.

There should be a some pins at the bottom of your keyboard that probably look like this:

[O]    [O]    [O]    [O]

[O]    [O]    [O]    [O]    [O]

Note that the 5 pins are at the bottom and not at the top.  If they are at the top those are USB pins.

You push the plugs into these pins, note to pair them like they are color coded above.  I am not sure exactly how your motherboard sets this up, so your best bet is to experiment to find the right combination.  Plug the power 1 in, then try to turn on your computer.  Test this in each of the positions until it turns on.  Once that is done you figured out the power one.  Then you test for the reset one, then you plug them in to see if the LEDs light up.

I always have a hard time recommending a nVidia northbridge.  They always seemed bad to me.

On the hard drives, the 1337 thing to do is get 3 HDD.  1 low RPM low memory one for the OS.  It will have a slower boot time but the system will run more stable, and applications will execute faster.  The Raptor for applications and programs.  Then the Caviar for storage.  Also I would suggest getting them all on SATA ports.  The reason is somewhat described above.  On Windows it will work fine to mix IDE and SATA.  However, with Linux Distributions some of them don't support running an IDE and SATA drive at the same time which leads to boot problems.

Put a lawnmower over the hole and start.  The lawnmower will suck them in.  BTW I have never tested this theory, but it beats a crater in your yard.

I thought they were patenting the concept of foo.  It would be the greatest royalty ever as many programmers learn to programming using foo.

They should use a color code system instead from Green to Red.  Then I can stop hearing about "Red Hot Deal Weekend".

If you can't build it, then the best alternative is CyberPowerPC.  However, thier customer support is horrid, and if they fucked something up good luck.

There are some USB Sound card addons you can use.  The only one that fits your criteria is one by Creative for around $80.  However, the reviews on it aren't very good.  There is also a 5.1 Channel 16-bit 48khz Asus Xonar one for around $50, and a couple 2 channel ones for $20.  If you really want the good stuff, you would be spending over $200.  You can connect devices through the PCMCIA and Firewire Ports.

Best combat system is Mabinogi and Sword of the New World.  If you really think one of these others are better, you really need to try free 2 play mmos.

Hate to break it to you, but the Japanese and Germans wanted to kill US troops after the occupied thier countries and set up bases.  The only reason they didn't want to kill you when you were forward deployed is through the long stay we had in those countries.  Our history also shows nations we didn't stay in, like... Afghanistan and Cuba.

In my experience HP is the better of the 2 companies.  Dell you are mainly paying for the brand.  After looking through multiple HP and Dell Cases, I really don't see much divergence in the cheapo parts.  The only difference is HP doesn't mark up as much for the cheapo parts.    Also Dell uses its own motherboards which can turn into a hastle.  With both companies, the PSU is the main limiter and usually needs to be replaced.

Personally, I like HP customer support better.  Even though they are from India, they are very polite.  Also they don't seem to be as caring for replacing and entire system unlike some more horrible companies.

Just remember, no company except a used computer dealer can outdo pricing compared to building it yourself.  You are usually looking at 200-300% of the cost.

Nascar isn't so much a sport since its now primarily taking a bunch of left turns.  However, it did use to be primarily composed of circuit tracks.  The excitement in races isn't from the actual racing unless there is betting involved.  The exciting parts are the wrecks.  Like the Baja 1000.

Actually the way I describe Public Education today is baby-sitting for 7 hours a day until the time someone turns 18 and gets a real education.  There are many problems in the education system that politicians and officials continue to fail to address.  They seem to only care about scoring high on aptitude tests so they get more funding.

Like you I also believe the concept of tedious memorization does not serve our youth later in life.  What I think should be done is more on the practical hands on experience.  In biology you shouldn't be memorizing latin names, but experimenting with Botany.  In english you shouldn't be reading a grammer book, but writing and reading stories.  These types of activities are usually best addressed by the arts which have been dwindling from our schools in rescent years.  The high school I went to before I just rushed out the last 2 years in 6 months offered only band and sports.  Auto-shop was closed down, the art classes dwindled to basic drawing and pottery.  There was no metal shop, and I would be surprised if anyone who went there knew how to use a blow torch.

Whats worse is our schools have also been breaking down the barrier to learning rates and treating everyone who goes through them as the same dimwit with needs to repeat the same material for 4 years before they learn it.  Actually pushing the faster students to achieve has dropped, instead replaced with hoping the slowest student scores a D.  I also think we should mirror our education system more intune with schools from other nations.  They're is just a practicality to some of the practices.  Seperating students as they head into high school into more specialized institutions, and also morning excercise is just plain wise.

Artifacting usually happens as the result of heat on ATI cards.  I am not sure what you mean by tearing and popping.  There are several issues with that setup.

AMD recommends a 450 watt power supply with that card.  Also the e2160 is a Pentium class processor.  These things are over 4 years old.  The problem could potentially be the processor not having enough juice and its bottle-knecking the other peripherals.

An IQ of 120 is considered in the top 5% of intelligence and qualifies you to be in mensa.  However, there have been conjectures about the validity of this test.  I got a score of 148, in Grade School I got 130.  Also if you look at IQs over the generations, they have been climbing in rescent years.  Does this mean that people are getting smarter or are people have adjusted to understand the test well?
