I get a little overly cautious when it comes to NDA's and discussing a problem with the beta client may break it... (The NDA not the client)

Posting in an epic thread...  (Sorry, had to do it!!)

I work with a few people that play, most of them are alliance, while I play horde... Sometimes we'll get stupid, my buddy that plays a mage drilled me in the back with a snow ball, yells out (in the middle of work) X hits Y with a 1500 crit frostbolt...  So I spent the rest of the day backstabbing him with a spork...  Fun stuff...

Thank you for taking the time to read this email. Some time ago you won a spot in the Closed Beta for The Chronicles of Spellborn. When we set up this competition with MMORPG.com we hoped that we would be able to open the Closed Beta to larger numbers somewhere in November this year. As it turned out, we are not quite ready yet. Of course this doesn’t mean that we will push back your Closed Beta access with a few months, but we do need some additional weeks to get things up and running. Our American servers have gone live recently and the first heavy testing on these speed monsters has been completed. Our development team will release a new revision of the game by the end of next week. That new version will be tested and stabilized to function as the platform on which future Closed Beta activities can be planned.

We will keep you updated on the exact date on which you can expect you Closed Beta key. I think it is very safe to assume that access will be granted before the end of the year.

On a side note, we released a new 6 minute trailer today featuring an exclusive song written by Dutch rock formation Within Temptation. You can check out this trailer on http://www.the-howling.com.

Don't see any "visable" forums on the site, though I did a google search and found the forum here...

Was suggesting to put the forum on the "Games in Development" section, since closed beta info has been emailed to the participants that are gettin invited, 10 days away!

Just got my closed beta invite, 10 days away!!!

We should all bunch together and form a guild/clan whatever it will be called when we get the beta information...

No forums here for this game, so I will start a thread on it..

Gah, downloaded the files, but alas, no clue what to do now...

I started playin yesterday, and honestly it's not that bad of a game...

Few higher lvl PKers, and a whole lot of people complaining about that part... But ya know, Archlord is a PVP based game, Expect to get ganked, don't cry when you do...

Whole lotta people asking about price upon retail per month, and complaining about the fact that it is Pay to Play...

Seriously, if you don't want to p2p, go play guild wars...  Now that rants overwith, I think I'll be playing this game come retail...
