Did i not say this game would fail? my server went from being too full (queue) to dead in less than a month. GG Funcom and all these gimps

Daoc is the best game on the planet... and i dont see anyone else taking that title anytime soon.

I HIGHLY doubt they will drop nda before release. Ill leave it at that.

Sure it has daocs rvr, but the actual gameplay is nothing like daoc. In Warhammer you have  cast bar.. which means there is no dex that effects your spells like daoc... which is really really stupid. I think this is a let down for all the people who hoped it would be like daoc. I couldnt stand rvr when i didnt have a good 8 man to run with. might be because i started on mordred though..

Besides everyone knows the best part about daoc was bombing ml raids on mordred..

Uh....Obviously WOW players see something in AOC that reminds them of WOW...So to me it sounds like Aoc is nothing different then WOW (Surprised! a mainstream mmo like wow? no way!).

Sad times when people play games for hair styles instead of gameplay

People will say its sweet at first, but when they get the highest level they will quit.

If youre going to play this game for pvp why not play dark age of camelot...............? It has the better rvr, and no raiding, less quests and easier to get the highest level. War was molded out of daoc, apparently....and the originals are always better

I didnt know thats how the combat system worked, you have to click every attack? old people arent going to want to do that. That doesnt make much sense though.. didnt funcom think of that? young people will click but oh wait... they cant play because its 18+

Or really optimistically it will be an okay game that fails or gets very low subs due to the extreame hype it gets from the PvP community thinking it will be the best thing since sliced bread when it releases. And all the immature players and the extreme fanboys will leave due to high expectations or their ass getting handed to them.

I don't realistically think they will release a solid game, not after following the development of it for 7 years and seeing some seriously strange, and amaturish behavior from them as a company.

Of course some part of me still hopes that it will be a fun and successful ( 100k-150k subscribers) game, but I have more faith that Ill win the lottery three times in a row at this point.

Edit: btw wtf is up with all these Darkfall topics being in the pub section? Really is not needed if people were interested in this game then the forum for Darkfall is clearly visible to the left.

If it gets released with all those things you said it would still be better than 99% of the trash out there now. Id play it over any game thats out or  coming out if it was released with bugs and crap.

Youre an idiot if you think AoC will have more subscribers than Warhammer. Warhammer is coming out after AoC, the people who dont like aoc will move to war.. common sense... im not playing either so its not bias

How  can i state this? ill tell you how. Look at every major mmo  that has been released since the release of world of warcraft. name one that has had success and is not raid based. tell me that. youre pathetic if you dont see the trend in the gaming community, you should just stop trying to think you know what you are talking about.

You still dont understand. There will be more pvers than pvpers. The pvers will complain that they spend 3 hours a day killing a dragon for some purple boots that arent even as good as the pvp set. The people who kill dragons will still rvr..Its not going to be like daoc, there will be more raids for better gear.
