I am not sure if they have gone out before now but I just got my AOC codes for the bonus items from ordering online awhile back. It was one code for the registration website that will be up May 2nd. It will unlock your early access and in game item. It was in my junk mail folder so make sure to check if you pre-ordered from Ebgames/Gamestop.

I  woke up and went on the site and got mine this morning i checked both times yesterday and missed it and it seemed it lasted longer this morning. But anyway I finally got one just check often as it goes on I figure they will not go AS fast but not sure.

I played it myself and so far its good to see so many good reviews on such a small portion of the game. I enjoyed myself also although the PVP mini games arent my thing I want the higher end PVP and PVE content. But needless to say it was a very nice game. I cannot wait to try it out in the full version from what I have heard that version was an old beta build :).

But I am wondering if it had some hardware issues I have an 8800 GTS 512 in SLI with 4Gb ram and I was getting some weird lag and such and when I would load to the PVP area it would get stuck sometimes to like 1-2 fps I would have to reboot the game and come back in and I would stay at like 64 fps or so.

I had fun int he beta I am not that big of a PVP mini game fan so I only played it just a little to get a feel. Well my first match when I died and rezzed it dc'd me I am not sure what was wrong with that but a few folks had the same problem.

For my PC I am running a 3.2ghz AMD 6400+,4GB Corsair XMS2 PC2-6400 ram,8800 GTS 512 in SLI, on a 22 inch widescreen Acer monitor. Well I got good FPS in most of the game int he PVE areas I was at constant 64 fps on medium and about the same on high.  When I got in areas with alot of folks like the PVP waiting area it went down usually to 35-45 a few times I had to reboot when I went in from the level 5 place as it would put me at 1-2 fps and I couldn't move. But overall its about what I expected I am sure the normal game will handle graphics better but I got a few hiccups and such and then it would go all the way back up.

For classes I tried a few and found I liked the Assassin and Conquerer most. The ranger felt a little overpowered and wasn't to much fun to use the spell casters to me were nothing to be desired except I did like the Bear Shaman.

Overall I had a good experience and will still give this game a try. I looking forward to alot of the PVE until my guild gets more into the end game PVP type stuff those minigames werent my cup of tea.

I used the downloader from the AOC site and mine went perfect was done in about 6 hours and installed the game perfectly and I can go and put in my info to log in now but it just stays on connecting lol and wouldn't even let my ctr,alt,delete or windows button exit out of it while it was doing that I found that weird. But I know it is working and I cannot wait to play tomorrow.

hmmm not sure you may have a problem outside of the client or page then.

GS was having a problem with there downloader I think I heard they put a torrent up for it though. I used the AOC downloader that I got when I registered my key and mine is up and ready to go.

of  course it will be under NDA :) and everyone knows not to talk about it and what not. So its all good.

Ah I feel so lucky right now...woot

And I just installed a new 8800 GTS 512 card now so I will be able to run me some SLI on this game see how it is.

And might I add our recruitment guys have been doing awesome I just got to full membership about a week ago and everyone int he guild is awesome :).

I usually level my main quick with no alts when I start. When I am done and my main starts doing other things like raiding and such i then will start alts. Normally I do 2 or so alts when I start to see what else I like most normally my main is a class that was in high demand in other games but with WAR I am hoping I can have some fun and make whatever I want :).

I agree with the above post. The PVP is fast moving so when you die you do not want a huge death penalty to hold you back. I mean you will not be able to stop from dieing alot of times no matter how good you are. So getting back to the action will be the only penalty.

I got the CE edition also. I still check my emails everyday and I to have been app'd for at least a year.

It's between Dark Elf and Chaos for me. My guild will be playing destruction side :)

Well I know they said dyes for armors were gonna get pretty crazy like all kinds of dif colors. But the trophy system is BIG all kinds of dif places to put them to customize your guy. Also I think they are going to have mount customization last I heard.

They are saying how it works is you pay $5 for the early access but I think you get 10 extra days of game time if I am not mistaken. On the 14th you can DL the game from the website and yes you will be given a code for this by whomever you ordered from. What I am thinking is you use your $5 to play for those early days and you get 10 days of time out of it this is so it gives you time to get your game in the mail and add it to your account. I assume the folks who do not add the game before the time and use the code will not get to play after that time period. So you DL the game starting on the 14th and start play on the 17th then you have 10 days to add your normal game code to your account to get your normal 30 days and keep on playing.

Not sure if anyone has ordered from the EAstore but I did at first and canceled and went with Amazon. But I had asked when the codes would go out and was told today that they will be sending codes out via email starting early April.

Thats what I was thinking but wondering if there open beta will be for everyone? I know I heard WAR's will only be for the chosen folks and the CE people.

Is there any info yet on when Open Beta starts? Or would it probably be the first or so of May?
