wow has 4-10 million subscribers...lol.....maybe in the beginning it had 2 -3 million.

now think of all the players that have more than 1 account, i know a couple people that play and they have at least 2-3 .......they are only numbers....means notheing!

hell i have a few accounts in other mmo's that i have tried and nevr went back!

give it up...the rating for Vsoh went up to 8.0 on this website and after all the negative threads about ...."its a dieing game"..."its done"....and the best..."let it die"....well its still going, so please stop being lame andposting threads like this!!!

Vanguaed will be around like any other mmo. it seems to be more popular as time goes by so your just making yourseld look silly saying these things!

lol i love it when everyones says..."its fun in the beginning but gets boring lol.......all games are like that people, all games are great in the beginning because their new to you , but this is a pretty laid back gme and fun honestly

definitely try it if you like an enormous fantasy world then do it. its a good game!! haven't played it in a while just been occupied with work, but will be back.

as for all these Vanguard bashers...lol....its just their opinions and nothing more....no one can say a game sucks or is dead...lol....its a game and thats all...either your gonna like it or your not. every games different in its own way

so try it and post if ya like.....theirs absolutely nothing wrong with it......so don't listen to someone that pops in and rambles on about !!

    Character customization basically was removed from the game in fact it has less then alot of F2P games. This is also suppossedly implemented with a plan in mind to revamp the character models to make them less tazxng on systems and allow for tails and the new helmets to be added. While i find this a lazy excuse and i think this could have been implemented in a more pleasing way to the public, if the end result is better looking models with better performance, i am willing to let my toon look generic for awhile. Who knows with Tails i might want to play my Raki Disc.

    The whole getting knocked off your mount while casting beneficial buffs is as was stated several times, a bug not intended. For some reason alot of players have a hard time reading things, heres hoping some get there eyes checked. As for getting bumped off when attacked, well until there is real mounted combat i think it should be expected, plus how many have the stability horseshoes ? I know all i have are the speed increase horseshoes.

    I feel GU4 was a good update and i know alot of the players see it as ruin for how they made a ingame living. I am sure these players will adapt to the new changes and might even find it easier now.

    Anyhow flame me all you want, i am here to enjoy the game with friends and i will play the games i want to even if its just me and 5 others.

   

OK how is GU4 going to be any better? I was under the impression that GU3 was the update that people wanted. This game seems to still be beta and yet you pay for it.

If i want to play a game YOU consider a beta then thats my perogative, i am not on the EQ2 boards complaning about the crappy RAM bug after 3 years of release. WOW your game sucks it does not support more then 2 gigs of ram .... why ya playing a beta ? Blah Blah Blah who cares? i do not.

people or WOW heads have to stop comparing it to World of Warcraft...lol.....WoW is a meat head Game, which means "pretty simple"...now this is my opinion :). Vsoh is a more mature game which means a totally different type of gamming. slower and more complex, which i like a whole lot more than "hack and slash. got to get better gear/got to get better gear/got to get better gear....over and over... :) 

As for the crafting, it might be to complicated for some of you, its not..."pick a flower buy a bottle make a potion" type of crafting. its involved....plain and simple.....so if ya can't handle it don't label it!!!!!

as for classes and ability points, they go hand in hand...just like some said above, putting then in different things makes a change in the heroe. just because its not a skill tree means nothing whatsoever!!!!

i have played plenty of mmo"s and let me tell you vanguard is a gem compared to a lot. also get over the whole bad launch thing, you can only use that line for so long. this is a monster of a game and has a lot of flavor and their taking all that flavor so it can appeal to everyones tastes buds!

as for SoE, i think a lot of you put a little to much drama into them. if it wasn't for them their would be a lot less half decent games out their. their just something for people to push their problems on.

remember its just a game and theirs millions of gamers out their and millions comming. its here to stay, plus its the only game i know of that i can ride a horse into the horizon and get lost.!

in fact it is a game that surpaces a lot. it most have hurt your feelings or something, for you to rag on it. i have 2 brothers and we all play different mmo's, because one or another dislikes anothers game. WHY, because people have different tastes and opinions, like i can't stand World of Warcraft but 1 brother likes. i like City of heroes and Vsoh, while 1 of my bros dilikes, but in the end theirs games we all like.

all i am getting at is don't come in and rant about how bad a game is when its not to the likes of your taste buds, others in here love playin. i for one cannot wait to chat with devs, will be first time.  

as for all the others, i don't think Vsoh is dead or dieing as  you trolls think...lol silly ...in fact a game like this will stay the same or get better. just because it came out bad with a very bad producer means nothing, time heals all wounds!!!

well at first glance you may laugh....but i have been playin for 2 weeks now and that is good for me when it comes to Free MMO's...lol

i love the old school fight sequences and the custom build  for pets makes fighting all the better. the enviorment is bright....( reminds me of the old Super Nintendo days with a hint of PC to boost it up).

i would say try it for a laid back game, i think for all the things it has in it, balances it out so far.

could use work on the in game text...lol....not so petty but thats what updates are for.  hope to see a few of you their

yes i would say ffonline is a great game. its in a whole different style then all the others out their and they have kept it that way since the beginning. player interaction is a must, so you don't have to worry about non friendly people.

as for the play value they keep getting it better, story quest and the such.

basically its a very good rpg and yes without pvp but hey their are plenty of other little games were i can do that. i just like the idea of the races all working together to fight the beastmen means a little more than the boring old pvp......(thats just my opinion :)

well take WOW for instance raids raids raids.........end game for WOW is silly you max level in a few weeks then you end up raiding till your dead, and look how popular it is....(i personally dislike WOW).....

but the point is if people can raid that much and love it then by all means put it in Vanguard, can only help brother!!!

and i forgot who said Lineage 2 was in some way more populated lol....silly.....i resubed a few months ago and let me tell you i  played for 3 or so hours and saw maybe 4 people.

people will come in and say their pros and cons.....but in all honesty it comes down to what you like. Vanguard will be here for a while. i love it, some of you wil hate it. so i hope to see all of you in ths horrible monster of a crap game :)!!!

some people are to fun....the game is well done structure wise for beta if i may say......beside all the little mispelled text and........hmmmm....thats it so far i think....besides the few little snifflers who complain about putting the right color shoes with their dress. or maybe a tattoo arounf their pc's eye...ewww tuff. that Sh*t isn't gonna save you from another PC, stomping a hole in ya....but hay a least you'll look good face down in the dirt....lol...

but really,  why complain about character cust. right now, for the love of god it just came out in beta....give the people who made it time fellas. i love to dress up pc's to...hell i have spent hours in the character creation in COH/COV....then realized 2 hours went by and still wasn't sure if the shades went well with my hairdo...

this game i feel like everyone else has said its a fast pace hack and slsh with a brand new character system, and the skill cust. is amazing a lot of possibilities. so wait a few months when a lot of updates are in.

P.S i love the post about if you want to dress up your PC's then buy the sims...lol hehehe had me snicherin...but its true!
