I think its going to be a money DP in all honesty. ANd probly only money thats on your person. not in your "account" because anything more will pretty much be overkill. And I would expect PVP death and PVE deaths are going to be handled differently. Like in wow. IN WoW you die by PvP not that big of deal, annoying yes. but other than that not that big of a deal. PvE dying, you lose dura on armor, which costs you money.

Plus in AoC your going to be fighting and adventuring on your own for awhile. Where the only thing around are NPCs so you will have time to get used to the combat system. So by the time you meet anyone else they will all be on the same page (technicaly) and are just as good as you, in theory .

I dont want that harsh of a DP. Harsh DP makes game's not fun to play.

There can always be a hardcore server. once you die your dead. 

You didn't play wow much did you? LOL The stuff I have seen..... from warroirs who can't tank, to healers that can't heal.... and yes they where speced that way..... stupid is as stupid does. Laff, what they need is an IQ test... seriously...

I agree really they need a new game that has the same skill based system or like it that preNGE SWG had.

I think Darkfall said they where going to do something like that.....  so right now my hopes are on DF. And AoC to really "boost" the MMO market....

Also they need a different Space-based mmo... EvE imo unless you wanna spend a year to get into just one of the "small" dreads and thats just skills. Thats no encluding all the farming you need to get the money to afford all the skills.

only a few people really play this game anymore. I liked the community. But pretty much as soon as EvE came out, and a patch that really changed the way the game was played (in many people's opinion in a bad way.) They pretty much jumped ship.

And the "devolopers" you are talking about is 1 person, who is the only coder. To be honest he does listen to the people its just alot of things happened in his personal life so he couldn't devot as much attention to the game. Great guy and wish him the best.

But yea this game is pretty much on the dead side.
