that answers a lot of questions ad clears alot of doubt, now heres hoping the game is good...

First I signed up for an account.  I never got the confirmation info.  Researching on the boards said if you had this sort of problem read the FAQ.  You can't read the FAQ without signing in.  There is no way to get support if you can't sign in, no support email or anything available without an account.  Re-registering didn't help.  Asking for that username again, said it was registered.  Sending the confirmation email again said it was sent, yet I got nothing.  (And, yes, I'm sure I put in the right email address -- it was even autocompleted in my browser).

 

So I downloaded the patcher/client.  The patcher was missing a common DLL, so I copied it for one of the other five games on my system that use it.

Finally the patcher came up.

The patcher is entirely in Japanese.  The start button and exit button is in English.  Real friendly guys -- it would take about an hour to localize this if you programmed it right to begin with.

 

After patching for a long time, the patcher hung on the last file. 

I hit exit and tried again.  After looking at my files, it tried to patch two files.  Only patched one.  Hung.

Rinse and repeat.

So much for my beta experience.  I can't get in.  I can't ask for help.  I'm simply wasting a buttload of time and a bunch of disk space on this.

Gawd..i feel your pain man. entirely in japanese and hangs on that one last file =[...

I downloaded the game from OGplanet =], but my computer genuinly hates me so yea.

But im gunna try the google download.

Ok, so im pretty bored with my life and have been touring around the internet for free mmorpgs to play, i have run through a few games but Cabal stood out the most, so i downloaded it, got all exited, finished the installation, ran the game, and got kicked off..hazzah.

So thats the problem, everytime i start the game, it kicks me off, i havent even got the chance to login yet...thought i got really close to choosing a server...

Can anyone help me? I live in the US if thats a problem..but the download ran smoothly.
