    • True sandbox on one server, helps it become very immersive with a real sense of importance and progression. The SP system is very casual freindly as you don't need to put in heaps of playtime to stay at the top and if you want to get to the top more quickly (it's still relativley long compared to some other MMOs), there is always the route of specialisation. Once you get to a certain point, the older veteran players only really have the advantage of having a more diverse skillset.

    • Great game even for newbies. Yes there is a huge learning curve but if you take a few hours to learn the basics the community is more than willing to help you with any other problems you might have.

    • EVE is a great game with the best pvp system i've ever seen. I really enjoy the fact that you actually lose something when you die. This game doesnt shy away from the risk/reward system that most mmo's are dead scared of. This is a MMO with a brass sack and an iron jaw.

    • Well.. it looks cool. It's got a TON of content, but holy cripes, if you want to advance, be prepared to dedicate a LARGE portion of your life to the game. This game is NOT for casual players. At least not the ones that like to have an impact and not feel like fodder for Vets to demolish on a regular basis. If you like extremely in-depth time sinks, here's your game. It offers very little in the way of "jump in, play, log out, feel accomplished".

    • This game has more complexity and depth to it than anything else out on the market. And why shouldn't it? They've had 5 years live to gradually develop this game into a real gem. It's not for everyone, however. Folks who like to watch their avatar jump up and down and dance or those who need to be told where to go or what to do in a game will probably not enjoy the game as much.

    • At the beginning i was overhelmed of all the Skills, possibilities and the size of the universe, but after a Month playing i had to learn that it is a lot of just wating. I started as Miner and trained my Skills in about 2 Weeks to the Retriever, after that i wantted to go for the next bigger ship the Covetor, i was affright as i calculated the trainingtime in Evemon, the output was 81 (!) days of wating for just a bigger ship and not even the biggest at all, that pissed me a bitty off. Over all a great game, if there just wouldnt be so much waiting...

    • EVE is a very interesting game. I rated it fairly high even though I don't currently subscribe anymore due to time constraints and interests in other games and can't justify 3+ MMO subs. I'm not even sure it's an MMO at least not in the traditional sense. It's more of a social/economic simulation.
