    • basicaly in this interview nathan is trying to explain to laura what is eve in what ?1 15 mins?! while still responding to what they did in a new patch , seriously at least have a clue about what eve is about not just that it's about spaceships

    • slim fast for both.

    • HOLY GOD this guy is so painful to watch. Made the interview worthless all I hear is the teacher from Charlie Brown WAH WAH WAH WAH WAHWAH

    • eve is terrible please don't try it. hopefully keep my lag down and we don't need anymore little kids starting and joining goonswarm. again i repeat eve is horrible go play wow it's way better thx.

    • Wow that guy sucked and his passion about what hr was doing wasnt even detectable, so many ppl out there would be enjoying what he does for a job and he gave a dry boring interview.. barely giving any information or what they are doing challenges they faced in it CCP needs a PR director or let the eve tv cast go bombard the developing team instead.

    • How many times is she going to talk about "did you decide to add a non-combat ship". It's hardly the first (nor last).
  • chryses(posted Sat Sep 08 2007)
    • Better interview but once again I would have preferred to see someone who has played EVE extensively so they could really dig deep. I would have loved to ask about their future plans for walking as well.
  • corun(posted Sat Sep 08 2007)
    • This interview was quite ok, Laura did much better than Keith Cross, and the basic question was about content in 2.2 and future releases. That really doesn't require much knowledge from the interviewer. It's the CCP guys job to sell his game and tell people what they can expect in the future.

    • C'mon guys he's a game developer not a TV presenter, nobody likes public speaking. However, I do agree it was a terrible place for an interviwe - you couldn't really understand because of all the background noise. I couldn't be bothered to strain my ears to hear it, I gave up after 3 minutes, and yeah, the choice of interviewer was terrible in the fact she has no idea about how Eve works etc. This is not the fault of Nathan Richardsson, so don't give him such flak!

    • Is he trying out for the new OFFICE series? I'd bet he's looking at pr0n on that laptop! (damn, can't find the pic of him with a pink wig and a blow up sex doll) Unidirectional mic would have been better, and someone interviewing who knew what they were talking about.

    • I could only manage to watch 4minutes of that. Was more awkward then a David Brent dialog. Nathan seems desperate to hide behind his laptop n every word he says seems to sail over Ms Genender's head without the slightest impact. Shame

    • c'mon girls don't play EvE. She did her best.
  • Nu11u5(posted Fri Sep 07 2007)
    • If nothing else the setting is horrible - can barely here the interview over the background noise and people are walking in-front of the camera.
  • vesavius(posted Fri Sep 07 2007)
    • I don't really blame Laura for this mind numbing black hole that is trying to pass for an interview... Can the guy be any less interested or disengaged in selling his game then this? What a great advert for the passion of the Devs behind this game... Seeing as these vids are bascially free adverts, what a wasted opportunity.
  • Si_Raven(posted Fri Sep 07 2007)
    • Poor interview. And is it really that difficult to find an empty room if you're going to record sound?
  • Mercury34(posted Fri Sep 07 2007)
    • Well that was a "Barry Croker" of an interview. I thought it would be standard practise to know at least a tiny bit about the subject you would be asking questions on. Although I guess it doesn't really matter, when there is so much back ground noise that you can't follow the "interview" lol...

    • Stop beatching ;) , she did ok , seams more like natan was the nervious guy in front of a women lol , besides i whanna date Laura Genender ;))
  • Doven(posted Fri Sep 07 2007)
    • Reminds me of an uncormforatble meeting between a couple of prom dates over a cheap dinner. Dinner not so good and two people fishing for something to talk about. painfull, simple painfull, and a bit comical atst. A verbal wall of text. no offense but this interview was rot, nothing new inspired and found more interest in the backround talk. Sorry but I know you can do better.

    • so lame! geez pff disrespect mmorpg!@
  • sadeyx(posted Fri Sep 07 2007)
    • What an ammatuer interview! it was very difficult to watch and more difficult to hear! and Nathan.. dude, when your being interviewed CLOSE YOUR LAPTOP! Laura... you need to find a new job love, your look bored and distracted and obviously know nothing about the game.
  • Lobotomist(posted Fri Sep 07 2007)
    • This was the worst interviewer to ever talk with EVE producer. Next time hire a professional to do the interviews
  • wlvnspectre(posted Fri Sep 07 2007)
    • I agree, there was an obvious misunderstanding of how EVE Updates work, and no knowlage of the game as a whole. If you do have to send someone as unprepared as this PLEASE have her at least read the webpage and mayber tool around in the 14 day trial. I would have enjoyed her interview if she was preparred or someone had at least given her the heads up of the game. She could do a good job. I mean... They didn't even bring up "Ambulation".
  • zangler(posted Fri Sep 07 2007)
    • interview was terrible...pick someone that knows something about the game...but guess you guys missed the whole part about 20 new tech II ships this november!
  • lvlup(posted Fri Sep 07 2007)
    • i watched up to the part where the interviewer asked what EVE voice was. .. skipped ahead a couple times. Next time you interview someone use a person who has some knowledge about the game. Plus the background noise was annoying.
  • bobbiac(posted Fri Sep 07 2007)
    • It's probably the interveiwer not knowing much about EVE, a lot ot the stuff she asks is covered on this site, or is general knowledge to EVEians that have played for at least a few months.
  • PoopyStuff(posted Fri Sep 07 2007)
    • He seems distracted in the beginning... Probably a Bob member on msn wanting to talk to him.
