First off, I'm not complaining about the actual graphics but the way WoW handles it, so I don't want to see someone post "OMGZ ITZ MEANT TO BE TOONY NUBZ." I am here to complain about the processing of the graphics. Here, this 4 year old game still sucks at performance.

Also, I have Uninstaled WoW, disabled addons, got new hardware and even tried different PC's, and I get the same fps.

GW and WoW are simular FPS in citys, but still, GW have much better graphics.

As you can see, GW owns WoW when it comes to the engine. Sure WoW is a 4 year old game, but it is seriously time for an upgrade. I play both games, but I wish I can get the performance that i am paying for because I should get 130+fps easly in WoW, but it just lacks the support.

There's one thing to learn from this.

Guild Wars sucks.

All this proves is that you managed to somehow make a game that will get 25 FPS on a 486 get 25 frames on a PC that should be getting 120.  That must have taken some doing.  I have 1/4 the PC you have and get 60 FPS.  Congrats.

Easy answer... buy a cheaper pc lol...

First, addons slow things down so keep those to a minimum.

Second, I think on some computers running it in windowed mode drastically reduces FPS...so I'd try it in regular fullscreen mode.

Something is fuct up with this picture here because where I get 60+ fps on guild wars my wow never drops below 120fps and that same is true for all my RL friends that play wow (though they don't play guild wars), they also never drop below 100 - 120fps in wow. 

Of course we don't use FRAPS to measure fps, it doesn't give an accurate measurment of true frames per second, rather it gives you relative measurement based on how its able to measure frames per second on a game by game basis.

He's rig is probably not optimized correctly. I have veritcla sync on my machine so I cap 75 FPS. Always 75, never higher, never lower. I'd probably get up to about 250 without VS.

I have to agree with everyone else here.  Its not WoW, its you.  And the weird thing is how you can mess it up on multiple PC's if you really did try it on them.   I've run Raids in Wow with an old laptop that only had 768mb ram 64mb Vid ram and had better FPS than you're getting.  One more thing, If you say you've disabled addons, don't post pics with addons showing.

Edit: Oh yeah and try not to run both games at the same time like you are, it might help.

youv got a custom windows xp/vista skin. that uses up allot of memory....

You have to admit that the GW engine has it a bit easier.  Unlike WoW, the game is heavily zoned/instanced.  And everyone looks the same.

GW: Next to a water fall with the sun in your eyes.

WoW: Stood next to a house zoomed right in.

GW & WoW are no comparison. They are both the games that run best on my PC. As the other guy said GW is insanely instanced and there is very little for it to draw. WoW has enormous zones and sometimes draws past the zone line to give a feeling of immersion. There are thousands of different in-game items, GW everyone just has different colour FOW armor.
