Go and kill mobs at low levels or get a party and go kill higher level mobs for a while and always buy better equipment and lots of ammo for long runs so youre not going back to camp to always get more ammo and try not to damage youre armor to much

I'd say just do what you would do in any other MMORPG, just team with others around your lvl, kill stuff for no reason, that kinda stuff.
