I have a friend who is playing a mage and is planning on being a channeler and was wondering if you can summon more than 1 pet at a time.

Only one pet at a time.


And don't use pets. They are exactly the same ever since the level cap was 50, and any skill points put into them are better used elsewhere.

Lets face it, MMOs today are turning into single player console games with a chat box included.

With the exception of the huntress and wizard pets, Id agree that all the rest of the pets are a waste of training points.

Also some vampire builds use a pet as a means to drain it with their npc drain. Another useful thing about pets is that you can use them to knock people out of stealth. Many times have I attacked someone, restealthed for the getaway, and boom the pet chasing after me breaks it almost immediately.
