Blood and breast are there because thats just how the lore and world is.  And no those are not the main selling points for this game to most of its players.  To me it is the combat which I enjoy more than the usual mmo out there like WoW and EQ.  Its going to get better at higher levels when people get the extra two more directional attacks plus more different combos.  Also the classes are slightly more unique than most other classes we have seen in mmos.  There are many other cool things like mounted combat with different mounts having advantages and disadvantages from the other and little things like climbing are a nice breath of fresh air.  Of course lets not forget the city building and keep sieges where your crafting goes towards bigger goals than just making a strong sword.

I like the graphics a lot and I thank the artist, designers for their creativity and hard work for bringing us Hyboria the way it is meant to look.

His choice of pic isn't immature, but he is. Those pics do look pretty nice, and I really like the art of the game, but the truth of it is there are going to be a bunch of 13 year old boys playing female chars just to take their clothes off and run around town shouting "lawl look at mah boobies!!" and taking screens.

Just a side note, this forum is little kid friendly, I don't know why, it's a bad move to me, but if you want to post any pictures of a mature nature, you're going to have to do it somewhere else, because it'll get you moderated here.

Anyway, to you who believe I play this because of them, you are wrong on your assumptions hehe. I like the game because of the combat, the immersion, the atmosphere, and the play.

TBH OP is kind of immature. But yea blood and boobs are the least of the things that intrest me and I could care less if both were removed... Although I will miss my blood splattered screen.

Like many other real players (not fanbois nor naysayers) I can see the immersion in some of the features. Like climbing, although it may seem like a very minor thing, its it diffrent when you are in some ruins, and see a huge ledge. Then finding a ruined ladder structure that saved you a bunch of time from traveling. To me this climbing aspect puts me deeper into my avatar shoes. If only it adds a layer of strategy/tactics during pvp sieges. I can understand that climbing may not mean anything to you older vets.

Also even though the combat is, lets face it almost does nothing diffrent then autoattack, I still like that you have to think before you attack. Right now I have a few combos and most of them use a left attack to intiate. So usually I have to either open up with a top/right combo or attack those sides so I can do lots of dmg when my opponent tries to block these sides. Although its not totally redefining the MMO genre I like the steps it and WAR are taking. Also a shout out to Aion : ). And trust me I am not a graphics whore, Id much prefer a old school game of xcom.

I will admit also that I always desired mounted combat. Hopefully it isnt to imbalanced. My one main gripe about AoC though is PvP minigames, unless they can give players a reason to world pvp it will be hard for me to enjoy a RP-PvP server. One of my fave things in WoW was RPing and then raiding cities for RP reasons. (Read not ganking, although these raids always ended with high lvl horde coming and running us out, we did have a few successes though)

Njai I agree with you. World PvP is very fun. I remember WoW in the beginning. We formed raids to take out the cities :) That was fun

FC said they had two choices when making AOC. Make it be a seemless world full of exploration with less graphics or make it how it is. For me, and i would imagine many others, they chose the wrong path. Bored by level 10? How was it you played up to lvl 10 when the jungle took you to lvl 5 or 6 and then you go straight to lvl 20? Also it's a bit hard to judge the first linear levels that are for teaching the game and lore. All I can say is that the game world is FAR from closed in. You dont know what your talking about.

I know there are player made cities and I cant tell from that video if the place is a instance or actual part of the open world.

Once there was like alot of ppl at the mall and then i like felt this thing u call "brest/breast/braest?" like against my back. Like a grocery bag filled with fruit or something..
