Yeah, I'm really enjoying tortage, the graphics, the story. It's fun! The load times are noticeable when you're loading up the cities, but the inns and such aren't too bad.

It's tolerable, but not ideal. Interface is better too since pvp weekend, but still not completely perfect. The manual may help with some issues i'm having.

There are already some UI mods if you don't like it that much.  At least I know there is one.  A guild member linked it but I don't have the link on me and too lazy to find it now.  I'm sure it's easy enough to find on google though.

I have to admit that I am really surprised. I am not playing myself but a few people whose opinions I trust are enjoying it so far. If good reports continue to roll in I may pick it up before the end of the month myself.

Arg ya know i preordered the gold edition a month ago thinking thats all i needed for early sign up. And yesterday i noticed the 'click here for digital AoC download with key for early access' Booo i have to wait till the 21st for it to get here. O well i guess, still cant wait to play it. Your all lucky to have a headstart on me! I'll be choosing a pvp server soon enough!

Yup, after my dodgy Open Beta performance issues I am totally rocked by how smooth this thing runs now. The solo story is great fun big thumbs up from me,

After the last patch in open beta I was doing ok, and now with the final release I could not be happier.

I'm in the same, boat.  My pc is 2 years old, except for my vid card.

Edit:  I should say that I'm even typing this while I'm in the game, window mode, not alt-tabbed.

Wish i could like this game , i still find it so boring.
