People's memories are short. They FORFGET. They are concerned with NOW and not THEN. Other the die hard naysayers, after a few months time, if stuff gets fixed you'll see people migrating in that need a change from current offerings. 'Pre-launch' headaches will be forgotten until the next time a new  title has issues when all the post/link savers out there will haul out their little tidbits of 'I told you so' and point how right they were..'Remember how AoC was....see...see!'
