this sweet little nwn2 clone is set in the pirates of the carribean like world of tortage. you wake upon a beach with a beautiful half naked woman ahead, and the game goes downhill from there.

i especially enjoyed the auto log out feature, which would make sure i spent enough time outside of the game by logging me out after so much time played consecutively. ofc, i should point out that the game warns you in advance with as much as 3 hours of graphical errors, missing textures, broken animations and suddenly broken spells and abilities to warn the player ahead of time that irl is calling to them.

Withdrawing cash from the bank should now correctly add coins to your inventory instead of replacing the already existing ones.

*PVE Player city buildings should no longer be attackable.

By popular demand we have added a new "Level up" sound effect.

The 'Nemedian War Flail' has been renamed to 'Nemedian Mace'.

Gemmed items should now work (giving bonuses) and viewing them should no longer crash the client.

An issue where Barbarians lose strength between the levels of 42 and 45 has been resolved. Please note that this is only between those specific levels. ((this is my personal fave, 40-50 was when barbs start to become balanced against ranged classes, which is then nerfed until 70+ (i'm told)))

i have a 60+ barb on scourge, not anywhere close to being a gold farmer, and i don't work for any technology related company, let alone a video game gold farming one.

what kind of specs are you folks who've "never crashed" running? i have a pretty standard set up,  runs other mmo's fine, run's system busting fps's fine, etc. this is the one of the few games i've played where increasing settings -even on a low end/below min spec machine actually improved performance.

i find it funny my machine can handle epicly massive 500vs500 player sieges in l2 without a hiccup, intense 32man crysis, even massive halaa battles (2x players as av), but this not even dx10 and graphics which are nice but hardly better than wow (except for the art dept)- if that runs so poorly, and with so many issues across suich a wide range of set ups. it's like they compatability tested on machines in late alpha and haven't bothered since.

i haven't played in about 2 weeks, but i do watch the  various areas of the official forums to gauge changes in the game.

otherwise not an out of the way complaint about this game. it really is a nwn2 clone, albeit a poor one, with more levels and a persistent server + larger levels.

maybe i out leveled all the "polish" they threw on content after tortage while i played.

as for the "potatoes section"of the "review" (lol), those are ones that made me lol irl whiel reading them, there were a few more but i wasn't going to take the trouble to hunt them down further. when the barb one came out i was into my high 50's.

finally, i signed up for mmorpg like last week for the exteel contest (badass games if you enjoy giant robots). i usually read the forums in my search of the next mmo for me (searching since late c5 of lineage 2). my rep is probably more solid across games than many of the dewy eyed wet behind the ears experts around here. no disrepect intended, but you certainly have no idea who i am or what i'm about either.
