- Nothing 3rd generation in this game. PvP is not working. Epic battles are not working. End game is not in the game. 30% of all character skills are bugged. Every patch breaks more than it fixes (eg. last broke combat speed for melee, now melee attack at half speed). Everything is instanced and the world is really small. The game crashes after a short time due to a memory leak. Minimap crashes. Characters fall through bridges. The list is endless. Stay away from this broken game.

- I have previously played WOW,SWG,RO and Lotr. I must say this is a really good game. Its still fresh and new but every week new content and bug fixes are arriving. Graphichs are really nice. It is a beutiful game and the music is perfect for the this game. The game looks really good, great solo gameplay, great combat system and a beutiful world to explore. And with the new pvp content and end game stuff on the horizon it will probably be one of the best mmo's the coming years!

- Sound: Excellent music and environmental. Value - fun: Currently limited by bugs / incomplete. Will improve performance / lag: Still need better optimization. Can bring cards like 3870's in xfire to their knees. Customer service: never used, so putting a neutral score.

- Learn to deliver on your advertising. You would think AO had something to say to them. Congrats on being better than Vanguard, while being spanked by WAR, WoW, and LotRO.
