- They have a promotion going right now if you had an old EQ2 account you can play for free till the end of July. I was one that joined this game at the start, horrid crafting, horrid quest etc. However now? FANTASTIC! It truley is a whole new game. If you ever thought about going back this is the time to try it! Allot of things from crafting and quest are solo friendly and very fun too! I am one that will be playing for awhile for sure , yes even past the free time it really is that fun now.

- EQ2 is one of very few mmo's that i fond that players group the most ,and seeing this video make me miss the game very much, good times i had with my guild.

- OMG same crap re-hashed!!! EQ2 is the first MMORPG ever to show off plastic avatars and same old armor over and over and over and over with different colors! Funcom obviously followed EQ2 when they said, "Wait, lets make armor the same style and model from level 1 to max and add in slight color variations!!." Seriously people EQ2 is crap, if you still play this you have no respect for the MMO community.. Blahhh

- I think EQ2 is overlooked by many people because it had such a rough start. Too many people have the "must be on leading edge at launch" mindset to enjoy a game that's got 4 years of development behind it.

- I have been playing EQ2 since closed beta, the community is great, quests go from easy solo to full raid required, graphics are fantastic. also the devs are willing to listen. this world event was good fun to do a well

- Very cool, EQ II is one of the most underated MMMo's out there, The quest system and community beats anything blizzard can offer. SOE keeps refining an already kick ass product while Blizzard gives us more boring grinds, and the single worst community of any game period.
