They did say this year for a Euro release, I'm not to sure how wise it is to push it back as they will be competeing with other upcoming mmorpgs at that time. Its looking like a busy first quarter for MMO's. |

Just like alot of ..eh..pardon my English, Furniture stores ( not sure if that's thecorrect word ), putting them together often works as a way of improving sales. It's a bit of reversed logic. When you bring out the game at the same point, someone is forced to choose. If all games would launch seperate from eachother, odds are the game will fail, because either other games have hooked people, or because people might wait for other games. It's a financial world, so a first quarter needs to have some impressive numbers in terms of subscriptions. When people are hooked to other games, or pass your game, waiting for something else, you can be sure that your firstquarter will suck. Launching with the big guns, could simply be to lift on their success and is not always a bad choice. |

Maybe the devs/publisher from AOC, WAR and this game all got together and decided to release around the same time to kill WoW in one shot? hehe...
