You both may be having the same problem that Meany others are at the same time ... They have put in a IP ban / Region ban and if this is the case sorry to say but they wont do nothing to help you! Me and my husband played for 6 months and then one day out of the blue could not connect we have sent in Ticket after ticket then after 3 months of tickets they told us our IP was banned and we didn't meet the Standards of account to have our IP unbanned. Wish you both luck |
