Is it just me or are other people having the same problem. I'm not in Beta but I registered later, but when it said I need to go  verify my account here's where I my trouble started. I needed to put down a secret code so I gave them my e-mail and pressed "Recieve Secret Code", yet after 3-4 days nothing happened I tried over and over again nothing happened. Can anyone help me GMs, anyone? I really want to play Asda Story!!

What browser are you using?  Try using Internet Explorer, if you haven't already.  It helped me.  Also, have you checked your "Spam" folder, it may have been placed there....Hope those recommendations help.

What did you put down for your e-mail was it hotmail? Also I dont have a spam folder on my hotmail.

I use gmail  

Also, I should add, that the new client is now available for download....

not only did i have that problem but i went as far as to create a yahoo account and aquire the secret code on there. all of them were invalid. so after 2 days of trying to verify my account i just deleted the game. im sure if one could get in to the game it would be fun but the trouble, in my openion, of getting there is just not worth the hastle.

Ok, after what I consider a reasonable amount of time, Game&Game still has not fixed the registration issue people have experienced on the website. I either get A) a cute little message after I've entered info into all the fields telling me "you have not filled in all the boxes" or B) they never send me a secret code.

This is just lazy and irresponsible of them. If you want as many people playing your game as possible, it might be a good idea to make sure the registration process goes seamlessly.

I've been trying for days to get an account but cannot do it.  I've made new e-mail addresses, I've made it with and without using the secret code, as well as doing all of these in Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox, and nothing works.  When the server went down for maintenance last night I assumed they were fixing it and apparently I was wrong.

I know two people who play the game and they both love it, but I don't care how good it is, if I can't register to play it, then it can't be that great.

Yeah, the registration deal has really got me steamed. However, I've heard some pretty negative things about this game, so I'm not entirely convinced that the trouble you go through would even be worth it. From the forum posts I've read (on Asda Story's site, nonetheless), the game is still plagued with bugs and glitches.

But...I never make up my mind about a game until I've played it, no matter how many negative things I hear. One man's trash is another's treasure, right?

FWIW, you do NOT need the "secret code" to play. That last bit of the process is optional. It does say so, but it isn't all that clear. I waited for the stupid code for a little while before I went back and read the bit where it said you don't need the code to play. Just don't lose your account info. ;)

 I never got that e-mail, and I've been playing for a couple of weeks.

It took me several days and several dozen attempts at registering before I got their servers to send me that stupid code.   And it never, ever got sent to my hotmail account. I tried a lot of times using that account. But this morning I was finally able to get the code senrt to my Gmail account. For some reason their servers just seem to be ignoring Hotmail altogether.

i just dont understand it......never got a verification email, got sick of creating new email accounts to try to regester, 1on1 help only works with a regesterd account.....would have liked to try this game seeing as i downloaded it  and all.....

oh and i tried logging in with my email as the id....wasnt enough room to fit my e-mail in the id, any of the several i created

my email fit but i still haven't got my email so don't dowload before restrating and when you realize its hopeless move on to a different game

Btw: i've tryed and 50ish days later and a evil newsletter l've given up on asda story

then i tryed with my yahoo account i waited a bit and i got on
