I know it was mentioned before but here are the first (general) release notes that poped up yesterday afternoon regarding the update coming the 28th.

One thing I am excited about is that they can continue bug-fixing.  They are only a week behind the Korean Servers on small fixes, so when a big update comes they have to delay the small fixes until after the big update is on the server since those small fixes might cause bugs without the update.  I am also excited to finally have some upper tier content.  Now I can hit the level cap.

Also its cool that the helms appear.  Usually helms in mmos look hideous, but so far the helms look pretty cool and stylish in Requiem.  Its more like a fashion statement then functionality.  Also they are much more creative with thier helms instead of replicating something from the middle ages.

I know none were mentioned in the 3.0 update, but I've noticed some improved performance (being a laptop player as of late) in terms of frame rate and the NPC's spawning into view a lot faster.

Aside from that....Xenoa....yeah, don't get me wrong, love my Hunter character but he looks like Ziggy Stardust. Must be tough for him to run in those heels and fire that big gun.

Yeah, the two classes are a joke. That Battlemage is terrible, they have good dps earlier on but have no CC so it makes them useless later, coupled with decrease in damage and the fact they have a 10 min meter range to cast spells. The hunters do less damage than rogues, and their skills blow too; their traps seem to save them, but past that I do not see any reason to bring them to raids besides pity, or novelty. The hunter is kind of fun though, the bad guys fly up in the air in bloody chunks after getting killed with a trap. Pretty humorous

I mentioned this on the Requiem board, and none of my posts were deleted, which is really rather odd considering their delete-happy history.
