A long time ago a DF developer got a question how the DF combat was suppose to be like, and the answer was it would be 70% as in the game Mount&Blade!

Now the most people waiting for DF have tryed M&B. But i thought if there is anyone that hasnt, here is a linc:

Its free to download and try. And it really answers all questions how DF combat could be like (except magic).

its closest but darkfall doesnt have mounted archery and some stuff is more refinedbut mount and blade is the closest

I hope so, mount and blade is a very fun game :D

yea even tho i havent played it much because its single player

Mount & Blade - is very addicting and gets worst when you download the different Mods for it.

Making a Mod is fun, I am slowly learning how.

I hope that DF combat is close to M&B combat.

And we can add about M&B. Its made by a couple in Turkey and is still in beta. If the DF combat is something similar to this.....i will never play anything else. This system really taunts you in the beginning, but as son you get the hang of it.....you are completely sold for it.

The Developers over at M&B Created this handy little modding program.

Aye, tried it abit and its really addicting once you get used to how it works.=)

I must try it again, hardly remember how it was since I plyed it last time =).

I been playing M&B for awhile now and yesterday I had to reinstall Gothic 3 because I wanted more of an RPG feel.

So now I am working on modding M&B to add more RPG to it.  Wish me luck.

Tried it again and its alot of fun. Really skillfull PvP.

And thats some real skill too : )

It doesnt mean anything if you are lvl 1 or  lvl 20, (my aim still sucks) and the game wont aim for you.

yeah M&B is a great game, I've recently started playing again as well and the game has improved massively, not so much the combat but the map and AI is a lot better.

As for what the DF devs have said im pretty sure they have said that DFs combat will be a lot better then M&B but that M&B is the cloosest that there is to date.

I loved the arena fights in M&B, I could sit there for hours playing that over and over.It was good the way you always ended up getting a random weapon and sometimes a mount.

I've seen some videos of this M&B game seems very fun!

It's a single player game with a multiplay with servers for ... lets say 8 or 10 people or it's more like a mmorpg?

If there was a mmorpg with this game pvp it would be awesome!
