There are going to be people in this game that will gank players and kill without reason.
It would be cool if a price was placed on that players head, some cash reward and recognition. And there could be players with massive amounts of bounty, because they eluded escape for so long. what do you think? |

I think that is an excellent idea! if it does happen it should be the player that gets killed putting up a reward from say 5k to 100k and make the rewards stackable on the killer so they are pushed up a wanted list! They should add this as a prestiege class with appropriate skills!
 This may help with ganking and greifing! |

I think this goes without saying that they will be doing this. Remember early UO? That's how it was done, the only problem is a lot of the PKers want to get high on the bounty list lol. Nonetheless, it makes the game a lot of fun. Most of all it weeds out the immature WoW players

I couldn't agree more with the bounty hunting system it will keep all the major pking in check, and if they do add that feature then im sure bounty hunting guilds and strike parties will pop up everywere...... hmmm that might be fun being the hunter or the hunted both ways its gonna be wild! |

I think Bounty Hunting sounds really fun, but i dont think it need to be a feature. Anyone can become a bounty hunter, if they are smart and can hunt others in the community....and can stand the idea of beeing hated everywhere.... But the only feature thats is needed ist he full PvP, and that we already have. Just spread the bounty in the community, some Bounty Hunter (player that dedicates time to find em) will begin the hunt...if the bounty is high enouge. And the bounty hunter can get ripped of too, shit happens.....but it will slowley begin to create a underworld with famous bounty hunters and players that dont pay up.... But its the players and community that punishes, they wont ever get help from a bounty hunter again.

the only problem i can see with this is how it can be abused. what is stopping someone with a bounty on his/her head to just call up a friend to kill them then share the bounty that they get?

another option that could work, is instead of paying someone to kill said person, you could pay an NPC some sort of fee and you get a card or something that sanctions you to take revenge on the TKer with no negitive consiquence for one kill or a short ammount of time.

The whole point with the freedom this game will offer is that you could hire players yourself to hunt someone, you dont need a feature in the game to do it for you...jeez everyone who plays games these days wants something holding their hands. |
