I think just about everyone who follows Darkfall is with me on this one. We have been waiting for so long, now that they finally have an almost ready virsion of the game I am about ready to kill myself if they don't tell us the release date soon. I guess I might be satisfied with a good Q&A this friday instead tho :)

Yep, i try to keep my head cool and just wait. Something must happen someday.

This is for game mechanic related suggestions i.e the game not how the company producing it operates this should be removed.

They want it to be a surprise probably and release it like 5 days before it releases, but they're not doing us a favor. It's better if they just tell us when it is. They have a release date for the game already...they're just not telling us.

Every publisher is going to treat them like a red headed step child but maybe one will beat them with a less painful hanger I guess.

How many years have you given up for this non-existant game? You are making us SWG-vets feel like slackers.

A non existant game wouldn't have a publisher...

I am sure this game comes out this year! Wonder how quickly we'll see you there.

I have no way of knowing but if i were to guess i would say we will see a beta at the beginning of October and have it run until November. I guess that because if there are any major problems then that would give them a month to fix them. After that month they can put the game on disk, market it, and get it to stores in time for christmas to hit the 2008 release goal. My only concern is that people dont judge the game on its early beta performance rather then waiting till its officially gold.

That is exactly what opinions are going to be based on. Remember, they have professional testers testing the game and the game is feature complete, the open beta is a preview. If that somehow worries you, don't tell us. Tell Tasos.

I am willing to be patient.  Its taken many years to get this far.  I hope the Devs feel the same way.  I personally dont care who publishes the game as long as it isn't EA. 

My guess the beta will come out around October and last for 1 month. In any case I am glad this game will be coming out this year.

Oh god. If EA published the game I would never play another MMO again. I've never been a troll but I think I'd have to start

I'm hoping Beta is out before October 16th, my Birthday, haha. Be one hell of a present
