I like The My Cirle:
- I use char to find stuff for crafting: fight or harvest. My time, my effort, my stuff :D
- I can use stuff I find to make a gear for myself. My time, my effort, my gear :p
- I can use gear I make to find even better mats, witch I can sue to make even better gear, witch... you got the point :D---------------------
- no classes, no restrictions, I can wear whatever I want and then I want. I I want to be mage with shield and sword, so be it. Who cares if it sux? Point is that I can :P Or mage in heavy armor? No problem :)

- Need MMO with Maturity, Depth, and Complex/Involved Crafting
If you like turn based combat I can recommend Atlantica Online. Lots, lots of great stuff been put in one game.Guild system with its own levels. Crafting is unique. Great mentor system, questing. Combat even if it's turn based it still fast and no buttons smashing, use your head. Great gear enchanting system. And much more :)
