  • I would like to announce that we are willing to pay a few hundred dollars for a modeler to model our new concept for the Cybrid. Our modelers are quite busy with other pieces so we would like to bring in a few freelance modelers. If you are an experienced modeler and are looking for a few hundred dollars. We would love have you work with us.

  • Cyberspace...mans greatest invention, although its been around for many years, its power has never been truly harnessed.

    Until now...

    Project Altiverse is not a game, nor will it ever be. Instead it is classified as the first Alternate Reality. To this day the only program to ever utilize Cyberspace for what it really is, is the Internet. Altiverse is going to take the Internet head on. Altiverse is a program that takes Cyberspace and gives it a Interface that one could recognize. Although it's first appearance may seem much like a game, it is much more. Altiverse is a project that will take many years, however, we truly believe in playtesting, so we will be releasing it to the public as soon as we get the basics up and running.

  • Yesterday was a great day for CybridTech. We finally incorporated Fort Helios into Altiverse. Fort Helios is by far the biggest model ever made in any game, we measured the length of the Station. Just by walking it would take more that 32 hours to travel from the Core all the way to the outer ring.

    Heres a wallpaper of the Fort Helios. Thanks to our lead modeler Nate, we were able to incorporate this concept into Altiverse within 2 days.(Not counting the concepting...lol)

    Background: As of April 25th Altiverse was officially named the first Alternate Reality Research and Development program. Altiverse is a program that works very much like the internet. It takes cyberspace and gives it a user interface that humans can utilize however they like. However, unlike the internet we designed Altiverse to act like its own world. We plan to use the most sophisticated algorithms ever created to allow Altiverse to be a world all its own.

    The Cybrids: When a human joins Altiverse that person will have their soul binded with a Cybrid. This Cybrid, is thought by many to be as real as you and me. Unlike any other software program, it can only work if a human soul is bound with it. Once this process is done, the Cybrid will grow and age with its human counterpart.

    Version Updates:

    Version 1.09 is almost complete, however, only people intrested in investing in the economy may enter Altiverse at this time. Once Version 1.11 comes out we will be opening Altiverse to the general public.

    (6/19/08)Alana Set Arctic officially owns the biggest domain in Altiverse at a whomping $7,000 she bought Shibalba. She has not announced what she plans to do with it. but she has certainly made a few improvements since this morning.

    (6/11/08)Anubis John Morpheus announced early this morning that come Version 1.11 he will be giving away over 1,000 free weapons  (about 3,000 tears) to the first Cybrids that enter Altiverse.

    (6/4/08)Samus kira Nocturnal took John Morpheus by Surprise this morning when she bought out the Glyph tower with a womping 600,000 tears. At the current rate of 1/1000, she payed $600, making the Glyph tower the most expensive domain ever bought in Altiverse.

    (5/30/08)Anubis John Morpheus buys another 300,000 tears worth of domains. Which as of today brings the CWorld Economy up to 833,000 tears. Anubis has also announced that he will be opening the first C/RWorld exchange in Seattle, Washington. When we spoke yesterday, he claimed that he would be opening an RWorld computer lab/ cafe in which local Cybrids can change their tears into real cash, or buy any product with tears strait from Altiverse.
