    11+ Days and no email from ea with the codes and the response from EA online support , and the support ticket was about not receiving any of the 3 codes, Open Beta, Head Start or Game Item.

    Thank you for contacting EA customer Support.

    I am sorry to hear that you have problems logging into Warhammer Headstart online or have not received the code. Please make certain you have applied your Head Start code to your account if already received one.

    To do this, please follow the steps outlined below.

    1. Go to http://accounts.eamythic.com/
    2. Log in using your account name and password.
    3. Scroll down to your WarHammer account and click on the features tab.

    At this tab you should see that your account is activated for Head Start.

    If your account is activated for Head Start and you are still unable to log
    in, please respond to this incident with your account name. Please do NOT
    include your password.

    If your account is not activated for Head Start, please use the Activate Key
    button at the top of the page along with the Head Start code you received
    via email to activate your account.

    If you are eligible for Head Start but did not receive a code, please let us
    know by responding to this email with your account name. Please do NOT
    include your password.

    Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.

    I used PayByCash for about 6 years and I constantly had problems, a major one being they get you payment and active you account  and  you can log in and use it for about an hour then the account because inactive for up to 4 days mean while using up game time on the account from the time of activation(been told by more then one Game Company that they like to deactivate account while they wait for payment to me confirmed processed by their bank), another problem include long time delays before they even get around to accepting a payment, and they like to stop accepting payment methods but no update their website or inform customers till after then have sent the payment(I had this happen using a payment that I had 24 hours to cancel or be charged a $5 cancellation few, they didn't inform me till 26+ hours later when It was too late, last time I used their service).
    
    I would suggest anyone not without a normal credit card to get a prepaid credit card it is cheaper, faster and more reliable then using PayByCash.  Now using a prepaid credit card about every 3-4 monthly payments I am saving even month for cover an extra month compared to using PayByCash
    
    Also a little advice with prepaid credit cards is find a few a compare because some can end up costing you a lot in fees, while others have very minimal fees, and a some that are reloadable and some that  one load only.
