For DC online, i'm not sure you make you own character but instead you play as one of the DC characters,
i know that sounds weird
You can try Atlantica
i agree runescape is fun but it gets boring and limited when u're not a suscriber
I think in Vanguard: SoH CB; a patch DL is about a day

There is no way someone is level 80. This is going to be a rough estimate but I think remotely accurate:
Game came up at 4:00EDT on Saturday, May 17th. It was up for approximate 22 hours then it went down for maintenance at 2:00pm EDT on May 18th. It was down I believe until 5:00PM May 18th and then was taken down again today around 4:00EDT; thats another 23 hours (if math doesn't fail me).
Thats a total of ~45 hours play time. That would mean they got a level every 33 minutes (roughly).
Okay, since I was in open beta, I can tell you that (and I think its well-known) that its a quest based game. It takes hours, even knowing what you are doing, to get through Tortage!
Considering that quests probably increase exponentially in required experience its naturally going to take longer and longer to get each level. Also the TIME to do the quests will increase as well.
In other words, it is humanly impossible even if they played 24 hours a day.
Its clearly an exploit. Also, remember its a PVP server so with ganking and such it would take longer to level.
Its easy for Funcom to see if they exploited. First, take the AVERAGE level of players on the server and then those who are much higher, take their quest log and see if they exploited. And to repeat the same quest over and over and over again is clearly an exploit.
With that said, Funcom will come down on them very hard and I expect them to even make a post about it and inform the community of the consequences.
maybe they work in a group ; so no one would mess with a 5 man group in pvp
