Hmm cant type my password and username in launcher, is this a known issue or is it just me
The MMO industry needs some new ideas and not just a bunsh of WoW and Lineage2 clones, AoC seems like a mortal combat MMO.
The "best" game currently i think is eq2, too bad their pvp is crap.
Tcos is introducing (at least trying to) skill in pvp witch is sadly lacking in both eq2 and wow. In wow the best geared+ right class always wins, in eq2 you have to have ubergear + rightclass + freinds unless you wanna get ganked.
Tcos is removing the whole "gear" thing when it comes to combat, and every class is a hybridclass, witch makes the choise of class less inportant when it comes to winning and losing, but more of a personality choise (as it should be, i dont wanna be forced to chose a specifiq class just to have a chanse in pvp).
and compared to any and all games out there tcos is not simple. but i guess we have to wait and see for ourselfs.![]()
i've been following this game for some time now, and the guys making it seems to make steady progress, they are in closed beta atm, and what i can assume from reading posts, the game seems ready, they are tweaking and testing. this bunsh seems as far away from the "vanguard" syndrom as you can get. I hope they lift the NDA soon, i want more player input from people who acctually have tested it.
This game is going to be great (i hope
)
