    While I am deeply sympathetic with you and agree with your cause, the irony of what you just said in this sentence made laugh.

    Just out of curiosity I took the time and checked the profiles of most of the posters in this thread. My finding was that there's certain posters that pick a game for a while and bash it with all they got. They also have somekind of "brotherhood" here because they all follow eachother to different games forums and backup eachothers sayings. You don't have to take my word for it, take a look at it yourself.

    Intentional or not, it's a stalker behavior and makes me feel sad about these persons.

    As said, these forums don't serve any purpose and I stop reading and posting to these boards.

    To those that were lured here to find information, you won't be served here. Here's only ancient EQ, UO and ASCII-MMORPG players that want to chat in the game instead of playing and enjoying the game.

    As for War sure its a carebare casual game tbh but its fun! and is great for a casual player and i know the WoW die hards think there all hard core and its not in fact the wow PVP and system is pathetic but since ive been playing EVE for 2 years now and enjoy the whole risk thing EVE has become my main and WAR makes a great 2nd casual game for me to play and i think its great!!

    These are the main thing people on these forums seem to have forgotten. GAMES are supposed to be FUN, not WORK or GRIND.

    This entire thread is absurd. It's all about WoW greatness over all other MMO's and nothing about WAR being technically or ideally wrong.

    Here's the fanboi statement: "WAR brings us back those times when we played for fun, not for work."

  • Eltharion or Karak Eight Peaks are big ones in EU.

    All in all, OpenRvR is the ruleset to go. There's no chance for mindless ganking because of spawning into warcamps and higher players turning into chickens if they enter too low tier area.

    On the other hand, OpenRvR opens possibilities for the future more than Core-ruleset.

  • The poll isn't a suprise to me.

    I've suspected that about half of the geniouses writing to these forums aren't playing any game, just disgussing about them. This poll somewhat confirms that thought.
