It means they missed their estimated downtime of 4 hours as the servers should be up by now. I DEMAND A REFUND! ![]()
Every single day we form a full warband (usually two, sometimes three) and take over all the Keeps and BOs that we can. Order usually shows up so we have plenty of PvP. Gaining Renown from taking keeps is much, much better than running scenarios. And we do this on a Low/Low population server. It isn't very hard to find 50-100 people who want to RvR together. Just send word to all the guilds, have them post an invite in their guild chat and bam you have more people then you know what to do with. Non-guilded folk can take a piss, they don't matter in a game like WAR.

Well, it's really the same thing as spending influence. As far as I understand it, influence points are just another form of currency used to get the gear, but not used for anything else. It's just a mini-reputation system like in WoW but with less depth and fewer (much fewer) choices in rewards.
Influence you gain contributes to your guild rank which in turn enhances your guild. It is very important for any guild.
The items rewarded for increasing your chapter influence allows people who don't want to earn PvP gear to achieve a comparable level of equipment. In some cases the gear from influence is better.
The marauder is a blast to play. I tried all the other destruction classes but I'm sticking with my mutated freak. I won't play Order or any alt. Just my marauder.
City siege was redesigned to have one capital for order and one capital for destruction. They wanted to focus all the fighting towards one goal instead seperating the player base.
The only thing they cut were some classes that may or may not be put in later.
